DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! Their EXTREMELY OVERPRICED FOOD just isn’t what it used to be and Is in TERRIBLE QUALITY!! they charge almost $9 for a “one time” salad and it’s GROSS!!! Clearly wilted lettuce, brown cauliflower, smooshy/slimy bell peppers. Not to mention when I tried to bring it to the managers attention and ask if they we’re going to put out new products he was EXTREMELY RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE!! And tried to tell me at 4:00pm it was fresh because they put it out at 11am!! They don’t have AC in the kids play area they just open a window however it’s almost 100 degrees outside!! And they make their poor employees stand in there red faced and sweating with no water or anything!! Save your kids the heat stroke and take them somewhere else!!

A large group went for dinner. We have someone that is in a wheelchair and they needed to use the restroom and it was not wheelchair friendly at all. The wheelchair would only go to the door and we had to use two people to get our friend to the toilet. The pizza was pretty average. The cheese bread came out last way after we had eaten our pizza so we just took it to go. I don’t think I would return.

I was quoted a wait time of about 45 minutes for my delivery order. An hour and a half later I called to check on the status of the order and was told that the driver was on their way out the door. My wait time ended up being an hour and 43 minutes, and I didn't even order a pizza. Then the delivery driver didn't follow instructions. The last time I ordered from them was similar to this time, but I thought I'd give them another chance. Now I'm just done.

I have been going here since it opened. The very first time I was in the 5th grade. Our girls scout was going to turn into the parking lot, and someone ran into the back of the car. We where sitting in the back (old station wagon had folded rear back seats) pretty much the back was on our legs. Yes that was very memorable, it was about 40 yrs ago. Since then we have been there many, many times for bday parties and get togethers. My families favorite pizza is the a taco pizza.

Yum…yum…yum….Everything here is good! They have always gotten our order right. The taco pizza makes me drool when I think about it! Super nice people too, always happy and professional . We usually dine with take out or delivery, delivery usually takes an hour and is worth the wait. Pre-covid we would dine in, lots of places to sit and enjoy your meal.

I've been to Papa's Pizza 3 times. Once for a birthday party, and twice to pick up dinner for movie night. The party experience was fine, no problem. The other two times have been horrendous. The first time I arrived to pick up my order, it wasn't ready, so I waited a few minutes. After 30 minutes, I inquired at the counter. Apparently, they never started the order. It took another 15 minutes. The second time, I placed the order TWO HOURS ahead of time. When I got there, the order wasn't ready. When they finally called my name, they didn't have the bread sticks I ordered. I overheard them say they gave it to another customer. I'm sitting here, almost 20 minutes later, still waiting for my order to be completed. If you value your time, don't order here. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any restaurant.

Pizza was awesome, we had the taco pizza. Play area was awesome my little had a blast... 2 days later, my kiddo and our friends kiddos both got sick which is normal but made me realize I never seen them sanitize anything the several hours we were there.

Good regular pizza. However the gluten free pizza was very soft crust. Didn't seem to be cooked well enough. Staff service was just ok. Could be improved

Been coming here since I was like 5 and it hasn't changed a bit! They even still have the Flintstones egg price machine! Brings back memories. There play structure is more up to date for this generation of kids but the carousel is still there.

Definitely only geared towards families. You'll need quite a bit of patience in waiting for your food, quickness is not their specialty. I ordered a 10" pie with my preferred toppings. Sadly one of them wasn't on the pie, add to that the pizza was overcooked and the bread was too crunchy for my taste. If you're looking for great pizza, go elsewhere. If you're looking for a place to take the kids for birthday parties, this is your place.
