Panera is a go to when I'm not sure what to get for dinner, it was cool trying out their new little kiosk style ordering at the front counter. Seems like a lot of restaurants are learning towards that kind of service. High quality food and friendly service, not much more I could ask for.
Check your order before you leave, and I mean tear everything apart and really inspect it. The past 3 out of 5 orders they left off the avocado (at a buck 30) and once they forgot the entire sandwich. That they won't slice cucumbers and peppers, but can only serve them in a pre prep dice is highly annoying and telling of the freshness of veggies

Expensive but delicious. I love the salads. Sandwiches are really good. Store is very clean. Staff are friendly. Kid friendly restaurant.I didn't care for the French onion soup. I will have to try a different soup next time.
Ordered online just after 5:00 for home delivery. Obtained a 5:45 delivery time. 5:45 came and went at 6:15 I called Panera looking for my order. Took 15 minutes to find out the order was dropped outside of my garage instead of my front door 25 minutes earlier. They said my front door couldn’t be found…? No text sent regarding arrival of delivery or where it landed. And for all of that I had tip them! When I complained I was told some delivery peeps are good about texting and some aren’t….but here’s a free cookie for you late cold food! Thanks but no thanks…
Bacon egg sandwich- No flavor, egg felt like rubber, bacon was under cooked & it was so greasy, you could see through the bottom of the cardboard container it came in..... 1 bite & in the trash it goes. Such a disapointing waste of my money...
I enjoyed the tomato soup and tuna sandwich. It came with chips on the side. I drank Pepsi which are refillable. The staff very helpful and friendly. I could not see menu since I did not have glasses. She helped alot

Small portions at ripoff prices, and the menu board is confusing. It looks nice and the food is good, so I'll probably be back if I manage to forget today's disappointing experience.
