Would have gotten 5 star as I love the food, but the service is infuriatingly slow and it's mainly due to them not having any system. They process one order in astonishingly long amount of time. They do things the most inefficient manner possible it's very obvious as you stand in line literally forever watching them move around aimlessly and not accomplishing anything. Sigh...

Don't go in today (March 25th) since too many workers called out and it's a skeleton crew, wait till tomorrow to get panda. Great customer service and good food
The line was long, but everybody was working fast like a well-oiled machine. The food was fresh, the portions were good, and the service was great. One of the better locations I've been to!
Food is always good. Service too. But too many empty food bowls for what time of day it was. That limits my choices. No green bean chicken? Still a favorite place to eat.
I ordered on line, waited for a long time. They couldn't find my order, and when they did, it was cold.I generally avoid franchises,but I love that Walnut Shrimp.
Not sure if management is berating employees or they are improperly trained but portions have been going way down. I went yesterday and recieved 5 peices of honey walnut chicken and 6 peices of orange chicken. All the peices were small to medium sized as well.. Very dissapointing, especially considering I had to wait 15 minutes for one of the entrees to be prepared. I'm not ever one to complain but don't expect to get a good value for your money. My best guess is management is breathing down the employees necks about portions or what but this location offers much less than any panda I've ever been to
I had a good experience trying to figure out what I wanted to eat ; while the employee behind the counter patiently awaited for me to make up my mind. I had some noodles and fried rice , both with almond shrimp.
I've ordered from Panda Express multiple times. They are fast and courteous. Especially during the busy times, they do a great job of keeping customer orders organized.
The Panda Express on 9th is in a great location, the restaurant is a decent size, its clean, the employees are very friendly & attentive. They find solutions to ensure customers walk out happy & satisfied. The manager on duty tonight has been very hospitable. She made sure to check in with every guest/group to make sure everyone was being helped. Another guest & i had to wait for them to make a dish & she offered us drinks while we were waiting for our orders. Just an overall good experience. Lovely staff.
