Orient Yang may be the best Chinese restaurant except buffet in Corvallis. They have more traditional cuisines than others, I highly recommended meat clip buns. Since their restaurant is small and delivering need a long time. I suggest the picking up.
Some of the best and most authentic Sichuan-style cuisine I've had. I always get the boiled spicy fish, but the oil spilt noodles are also phenomenal. There are however 2 cons to the place:1 is that eating in is really less than ideal. They serve it in to-go containers even when you get it for here. They also do not have any plates and you have to eat it out of those containers only.2 is that I always ask for it to be extra spicy and I never see a difference. Either they can't make it spicier because they are incompetent, or they are afraid of making it 'too spicy' and offending a customer and getting a complaint that it was too hot. This isn't the case for me - i like heat - so when I ask for extra spicy and I have not received it like that once, it is a little annoying.Overall, Amazing food, but get take out and know that you might have to add your own spice to it.
Awesome Chinese Food in Corvallis. Their Shredded Pork in Sweet Bean Sauce and their Oil Noodles were awesome. It may be pricey but you really get what you pay for. Also it is better to order the food online and collect it.
I have never had an eggplant dish as good as theirs! Just the right spices in the sauce and very imaginative textures.
very hard to find good Chinese food in this town, I found this place and it’s amazing! Kung pao chicken???
The MOST authentic Chinese food in town! I’m so excited to see a restaurant that’s in the US can cook food that can have the taste of the northern China. I am from Beijing, China, and if you walk into a small local restaurant in the north side of China, thats basically the flavour you can get. The size of each dishes are also big. The food they have is not fancy, but it’s the taste of home(a little exaggerated, but it’s true). Although I have to say some of the dishes are too oily for me, but that’s basically the only bad thing I can think of about this restaurant.
Favorite Asian food in town. Rustic and authentic. Lots of spices. Watch out for bones. The extremely spicy chicken is indeed very spicy but delicious. Kung Pao was also good. Can't wait to try more of the huge menu.
Got delivery through their mealkeyway website. Garlic Wings (we asked for spicy) were my favorite 10/10. Onion Pancakes were amazing, super flaky/light and good flavor. Pork and Yuba was soooo good, but be careful for the whole spices (I dug in too quickly). The flavor of everything was amazing. And the pan fried noodles were just how I like them (not too "wet" but very flavorful). We will be ordering again, maybe dining in next time. I want to try more stuff that I haven't tried.
So I order the Stir fried chicken gizzards I was not pleased with this dish I get home to eat my food and my first bite of the meat is super stiff and chewy.. I was not satisfied at all will not come here again.
The Chinese dumplings are very yummy. They have a homemade taste and were freshly made. The other dishes were ok. The staff works really hard and they are really nice. I am definitely going back for the dumplings and may try some other dishes on the menu.
