What a fun place! Seriously great and beautiful food that makes you feel good and full. The local brews and cocktails are just as nice too.The asthetics of the restaurant are whimsical, natural, funky, and a little psychedelic - very remenicent of the Oregon Country Fair! The staff are friendly, helpful, and talkative and clearly all share the core values of the restaurant: sustainable and healthy catering to all of the wonderful people that live in this beautiful area.I'll be back soon, whether for a quick and great dinner, or to enjoy a couple drinks in their lovely outside seating area on a sunny day, or to try their weekend breakfast.I'm very excited for the future of No Nations

Yay! So glad someone is filling the void of a laid-back, veggie-forward restaurant with the unique vibe only found in Corvallis. Our food was delicious and we enjoyed chatting with the owner. Thanks for a great meal!

The sauce on the rice is very strong, so you can ask for less. The service attitude is very good, the environment of the restaurant is okay, if you don't want to cook and don't want to go far, this restaurant is for you.

I got the get tossed terry, and my gf got the wild mushroom cheese steak (both vegan), and they were both delicious!SUGOIIIIIIIIIII strongly recommend checking them out. The amaretto margarita was awesome as well.Very friendly staff. They cooked our food in front of us on a Mongolian grill and talked to us about the recipes and anything else we wanted to know.Very casual and relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable.

The vegetables were delightful and the use of sauce is reminiscent of Yum's cafe. They've got a nice outdoor area, partially covered, with a couple fire pit tables.Unfortunately, service leaves something to be desired. When they have more than a dozen customers there is a big delay between placing order and food, 20-30min. Additionally, they ran out of some ingredients (rice cakes) but served the dish as-is without explanation. These things happen but it's important the establishment takes responsibility and offers recompense, they did not and thus this was poorly handled.

My son and I got the Decadent Chilean Saute (vegan sauce) and the Earthly Garden Curry, and neither one of us could decide which we loved more...so we split both. Absolutely amazing vegan GF food, and Peter (our charming man behind the counter) was a thrill to talk to. Highly recommended!!

We ordered the curry, cheesesteak, and tabouli. The curry is one of the only vegan items on the menu, but we were informed it contained shrimp paste because some vegans are okay with shrimp paste. That's not vegan... but we happened to be okay with that anyway. You just can't list that as vegan. The tabouli was ice cold and bland. Seemed like the bulgur absorbed most of the liquid from it being old? Just wasn't fresh. Needed more herbs/salt/acidThe vegetables in the curry were over-salted and it felt like an afterthought. The veggies weren't cooked in the curry, just roasted and added after. The kale was burnt. There were burnt pieces of something else (maybe debris from a dirty cooking surface) all throughout the veg.Our cheesesteak was bland. Toast was burnt, the veg was all burnt. The onion was basically charcoal. Not very tasty.Paper menus were old and crinkly, left on the tables even though you order at the bar (I don't get the point). Music was loud even though we were the only one out two parties there.Bathroom was clean! Service was quick and friendly. Overall I appreciate their effort but everything was pretty bleh and lacked attention to detail.

Delicious. Filling. Affordable. Fun. Simply an outstanding institution. Will make you wonder where you've been all this time and why you weren't at...No Nations!

The food was amazing and the restaurant is so nice! We can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can sit on the patio. Next time we go we want to try the vegetarian crab cakes they looked incredible.

We just went there for the first time and had the Chilean dish and the curry dish and they were both delicious! We are so excited there is a new vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Corvallis! We would highly recommend!!!
