It's a food truck so don't expect a table cloth, or even an extra napkin. The fish tacos I had were excellent which is why you come here, and there were generous sides provided. Great Mexican food from such a small shop was surprising, the menu is also quite extensive, especially given that it's just one guy and it seems everything on the menu is actually really good. I'd also note that the service is not extremely quick, probably because everything isn't pre made.
Completely delicious and wonderful in every way. Chicken fajitas were a symphony of flavor. The rice and beans were hearty and good. The guac and sour cream were fresh. And the chips were crunchy. All was served neatly in takeout containers. The food truck attendant was friendly and quick. Hallelujah! I'll be back soon.
Best Mexican food in town! Authentic and great size portions. I would recommend this to anyone and will continue to support this local business.
I went here one night and the staff was completely disrespectful. I kindly asked if one person outside the truck worked there as I wanted some food and no one was in the truck they said no. As I was leaving I saw the same person in the truck. They lied to get out of making food. If they were closed they could have said so and I would have moved on to some other place.
We got a shrimp fajita burrito and spinach chimichanga and it was likely the best Mexican food we've ever had. Owner was awesome, showed us what to expect of the entree before we even needed to ask. Parking seems a bit tough at first, but there's a few spots on the road and I think behind the car wash ( I don't think it's in operation but I can't guarantee everyone is allowed to park there ).
Awesome place. Single guy just working the truck. Prices look high but you're given a bunch of food. Never had a problem with changing/altering my order.
No tacos on the menu but he made us some and they were the bomb! His Alpastor is amazing and generous portions.
First time ordering, the food was fantastic and the staff were so friendly. The portions are also huge! Definitely going to be coming back.

Easily the best wet burritos I've ever had and also the best Mexican food in Corvallis. Puts la Rockita to shame. Servings are huge and Miguel is very friendly and provides excellent service. This place really deserves more customers. Only ever got the wet burritos but I'd imagine all the other food is also mind blowingly good. Dude needs more business GO SHOW SOME LOVE
