This location has consistently been problematic, especially if you are using a meal delivery service like Doordash. This location has been closing early at random times due to staffing issues, though still allow orders to come in from Doordash. Multiple times dashers have gone to this location to pickup an order only for the restaurant to be closed. There have also been multiple instances of them giving the wrong order to delivery drivers. One time I had to place a new order after getting someone else's order and they left my food sitting out for over an hour. If you are going to this location, do yourself a favor and order in person and maybe you will have better luck.
I got banned for life from this McCrappy because after waiting for 5 minutes with nobody taking my order while the other drive through lane was moving along, I pulled around the entire restaurant and got back in line in the other lane. When I finally got up to the window the woman screamed at me and told me i was banned for life. I felt very threatened and traumatized. I simply drove away and the lady continued to scream at me. I will be seeking emotional damage compensation against the drive through individuals as well as the corporation. I kept asking them if I could place my order and all i got was them telling me rudely to wait. This is the worst McCrappy I have ever been to. The order is never correct and the drive through staff are hit and miss at best.
Mold on burger, cold and unsalted fried, rude person taking orders told me they weren't serving mcflurries but charged me for one then gave the person infront of me and behind me a mcflurry. I have no idea why they would lie about what was available for no reason.Very unprofessional and ghetto guys walking around like they don't care. The night shift should be avoided at all costs. No one wants to order from people who act like they hate you for ordering.This happened tonight March 11th 2022 at 11:17pm.Employees were also not wearing their uniforms.
Daytime experience awesome!Nighttime not so awesome but good.They seem to turn their giant golden arches off...which to me indicates closed. But after getting closer to them they will have cars in the drive-thru. Confusing to a traveler coming off the highwayNot sure if they want business after dark.
This place really cannot get it together the last few months. They have gotten my order wrong every single time I have gone since November. Their staff seems undertrained or at least set up for failure. This location has closed 30 min early after I waited in line for 30min. They have gotten an order wrong, asked us to wait for the replacement, and then failed to provide the replacement. If you like to add or subtract ingredients from your order, don't choose this location. Its a disaster
How hard is to follow a set time for fries to insure it's cooked thoroughly. You literally just push a button and wait. Uncooked fries is literally the worst.
I swear this McDonald's can ever get order right. When ever we get food something is wrong. Being your drink or food. I like sweet tea but they will aways give me normal tea. I'm telling you guys go to the in on 3rd street I have better luck with them
I have gone multiple times around 10pm-11pm where they had already closed before the required operating hours and were not even answering in the drive thru.On the 25th I came at 10pm because it says on their hours they close at 12:00am. But all of the lights were off. I came to the drive thru and someone said welcome to McDonald's what can I get you. Then, they laughed and said they were only selling soda. How unprofessional.This place is completely unprofessional and whoever is working there is going against the hours they are supposed to be open and being completely disrespectful towards customers. I will never go here again.
this place is terrible! I've come multiple times around 10pm and they had already closed or turned off all of the lights. a few days ago I went through the drive thru at 10pm. all of the lights were off but someone did answer. they were completely unprofessional and before I even could order they laughed and said they were only serving drinks but I couldn't order. this was very confusing because the hours say they're open until 12am everyday. whoever works the night shifts needs to be fired. this was rude and so unprofessional!
Ordered large fries and 6pcs chicken nuggets happy meal through drive-through. The fries is unsalted, the apple slice and the children-sized fries is missing. Pretty disappointed when we found that out, which is after we got home and it’s too late to make any changes.
