Absolutely horrid. Never go here at night. Every night the line is out into the road blocking traffic. Tonight I had the pleasure of waiting an hour and a half in line for this not-so-fast food. The fries were oversalted and cold, the staff was rude, 10/10 would not recommend. You're better off driving to Albany or Philomath, even Lebanon would be a faster trip than this location can provide anytime after 8.
This Mcdonald's has been fast and efficient each time I have gone through their drive-thru. They are also good about making sure you have what you are supposed to in your bag.
The line often queues out into the open road and makes for a pretty dangerous traffic obstruction. Other than that it’s a normal McDonalds with normal food and normal quality. I’d say go somewhere else if you don’t like the risk of sitting in the middle of the road for 10 minutes
Not much to say, it’s a McDonald. Compare to the one that’s on the northern side of the town, this is usually more popular because of its centered location. And somehow I feel the staff there is more “professionalized” since they never made a mistake on my order. I highly recommend download their App as there’s a lot of discount you can choose, I can always save a couple of $ by using it.
If you have enough phones, you can use the McD's app to get amazing deals.
Excellent service! Access is difficult because of one- way city street design. You may have to circle the block to get a better idea on how to enter lot.
Thanks for making me wait almost ten minutes then to come out and tell me I was “partially charged “ while I’m parked in one of your waiting spots then asked for my card to charge the rest which at that point I gave my shake back and of course just said cancel it and was not even refunded the money which I already paid! Why wasn’t I at least refunded what I paid!
The store was very clean. Was also packed and food still came out quick. Do not like their ordering kiosk.
The drive-through experience is absolutely horrible and a hazard to traffic. It blocks traffic turning in and they need to revamp the drive-through. Very frustrating not consumer friendly I would rate it a 0
3rd street McDonald’s is really bad. Me and my family ordered a couple of sandwiches and 2 med fries and a large fry and they didn’t fill it up. We basically got 2 mediums and a small. They touch the cards in drive through which is not covid friendly. They also don’t make their cafe drinks appropriately. I will go to other McDonald’s and they will do the appropriate amount of syrup but I will go to this one and sometimes they don’t even put the syrup in the drinks.
