Absolutely filthy surprised it hasnt been shut down by the health department, dozens of dead bugs on the inside of the windows and spiderwebs that look like have been there for years, wont go back ever
NEVER order from here, especially through door dash. I ordered food from here through door dash and received the entirely wrong order. Door dash refunded the order, so I ordered again and informed my dasher that they should confirm Im receiving the correct order. When he got there, they gave him the wrong order again and would not re-make the food when asked kindly by my dasher.Dominos is by far the better option, never order through little Caesar's
I received the wrong order twice in the same day from this location. If you're going to get pizza and care about your order being correct, order elsewhere. When approached about it, they denied any responsibility and would not refund the order.
I’ve never left a review for anything, ever but boy these guys earned this one. I drive for doordash, which apparently means I get to watch a clown party unfold while I wait for my customers food. I was told upon arrival that my order would be ready within 10 minutes. Despite my application instructing me to pick it up in the next 2 minutes, they seemed busy, so no big deal. Last time I make that mistake. While I watched three gentlemen without uniforms scramble to fulfill in-store orders, the clocked ticked by to the tune of 20 minutes. Upon asking, and yes I was agitated by now, I was told that the order hadn’t been started, very unapologetically I might add. So, hopefully the sorry excuse of a manager doesn’t manage this either or I’ll never hear from anyone. But in the off chance someone with some actual integrity reads this, please feel free to respond here and explain to me why your establishment is unable provide even baseline levels of customer service. If this falls on deaf ears, and you guys treat dashers this way on purpose, terminate your contract with doordash and continue making money. Or just let the night lead quit already. He REALLY doesn’t want to be there. Shout out to the guy taking stuff outta the oven and cutting the pizzas. Tall slender guy. He kept his head down and worked hard. Couple other guys were at end of shift. If you’re wondering how I could know all this from just picking up some pizza I’ll remind you…20 minutes….what a joke. Pizza pizza nothing.
It was the worst pizza we've had. Drove to the valley to get little Caesars because it's normally really good. Not this time. Through most of it away.
Ordered online and waited for about an hour for food to get canceled. We received a text from the DoorDash automated system (that’s who little Caesar’s goes through) that our order was canceled and to contact the restaurant for further questions. Called and was pretty much told they can’t do anything about it and told me I’d have to call doordash. Was very rude and I felt like I was being handed off to somebody else rather than being helped. Would have gladly ordered on the phone if the employee didn’t keep pushing that I just call doordash. Very disappointed. No apologies or anything about the inconvenience. Just go through dominoes and save you’re self the hassle.

Believe it or not, the Corvallis Little Caesars is one of the best pizzas in town. I realize that that is not true everywhere, but this one is exceptional!
