This is by far the best that Corvallis has to offer. Easily rivals European bakeries. Everything is delicious. 15/10 would recommend.
Well the website stated they are open. I drive over and they are not open and it’s “mask required” based on that I will not be ordering my wife’s birthday cake. Mask required…. ?
The best bakery in Corvallis! The bad thing about it is they only work 15 hrs a week:( other than that everything is great, their fruit tart is really good, puff and other bread too! They could be really filling so don’t order too much!
Pastries are outstanding. I’ve heard second-hand from local residents that their service can be a bit unfriendly at times, but I haven’t experienced it myself.

The line starts before the shop opens so be sure to arrive early or plan to wait in line. The line frequently goes outside the establishment.Buy some crepes and bring a Danish home with you too, they're delicious!
Excellent pastry and quiche
Great pastries and bread, probably one of the only places you'll actually get a true baguette as appose to the soft and flavorless offerings in most bakeries and supermarkets. Their chocolate eclairs are particularly good, if you like buttery pastry this is the place to go.
Best breakfast in corvallis period. Great atmosphere, amazing kind staff and the best french cafe you will ever try I would definitely recommend the mushroom quiche I cannot describe how great it is including the chocolate eclairs and the napoleon cake instant classics indeed!it is definitely worth visiting and would probably become your daily breakfast because its very amazing!
My first visit was on Saturday and OMG, it's so delicious! I'm afraid I might be hooked! :) I had a light and flakey Croissant loaded with rich vanilla custard and topped with an apricot half. It was divinity!
