Stopped in for a sandwich on my way to the hospital in town. The ladies that were working made one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. They also had amazing energy and really helped improve my day. Thank you so much for the ranch y'all!

usually good.. but this is the third time ive gotten a veggie sandwich and they forgot the lettuce. how do you forget lettuce on a veggie sandwich? i get mistakes happen but this is a pattern. ill change my review if i see an improvement
Lady worker there was making rude comments about how I came in right before closing, about 3 different times loud enough for me to hear. Dude was cool about it. They have forgot items on my order multiple times, last time I called and they said they would send someone out to bring the missing item. No one ever showed up and I never heard back from them. I tried contacting them again, they said someone would call me back. Once again, no followup. Regardless I like Jimmy John's so I ordered again. There was a small, dead spider in my iced tea and they didn't put ice. There was some other debris in there too. I won't be ordering from this location again. The one on Monroe is good

I frequently order from this Jimmy John's location. I order thru the app and then pick-up at the store. Today I ordered the B.L.T. I DO NOT recommend. I initially ordered my sandwich with extra bacon but when I changed my order to a combo my customizations weren't saved. I picked up my order, drove back to work, and dug right in given the limited time I have for my lunch break. The sandwich seemed thin and not a lot to it. As I ate my sandwich I googled "how many pieces of bacon come on the JJ B.L.T." The answer is 6 pieces. Since I had finished the first half, I cracked open the second half and counted 4 pieces of bacon. Next I googled the location I picked up at and called. I reported my two missing pieces of bacon to the store manager. She asked me to bring in the sandwich so she could see it. Really? Boooooooooo Jimmy John's!! Won't be ordering for a while now. I'll frequent an establishment if the product is good or the service. Today Jimmy John's had neither.?

Will probably never go to another Jimmy John's. They only have a couple of veggies to choose from. I put over 8 veggies on my sandwich so when I found our they only have lettuce pickle and tomato and onion I was shocked. Hardly any choice of bread. Seriously if you want bland baby food go here. ALSO. Check out the photo I posted with this review. My boyfriend found a huge piece of plastic in his sandwich. Disgusting! It is even sharp. It could have been much worse than just some sore teeth from biting it. When he told the manager they did nothing and left a newbie to handle it. Never coming back I'll stick to subway where I get more then 2 options to those from and they don't feed me plastic.
Been going here since they were only in Kansas city Missouri. Way better than subway
