I went into Jamba last night at about 8:40pm. I know they close at 9pm and I took that into consideration and I knew I was just going to give them a big tip. I hadn’t been feeling well since Sunday, just having tummy issues every single day. It was so bad last night I went in because I wanted the fiber that was in the açaí bowl. When I went to order I said “can I order an açaí bowl?” And she responded by saying “uhhh actually no there’s only two of us working right now.” Which I totally get! However, the place seemed dead, I knew they were cleaning to get ready to close, but she made it feel like if I would have just ordered it and not made it a question then she wouldn’t have said no. I was so upset just because I wanted my tummy to feel better that I started crying. I asked how much a drink was and she responded by saying “anything else” when I just wanted to know the price and at that point I felt like she was upset with me so I just took the drink she entered. Left feeling really sad ):
This Jamba location has been my go-to for a few years. They are quick, courteous and of course, their smoothies are great.
Everything says this location opens at 8am. Went at 8:30am and the open sign was on yet there was no one inside and the doors were locked. There were other customers waiting in the parking lot confused as well. Great business model?
I get a smoothie every morning and the Jamba team is always incredibly kind and attentive.
Not very happy that I drove from Albany only to find them closed. The website and the jamba in Salem said that the one in Corvallis is open until 9 pm but when I arrived at 8:15 pm, they were closed.
Forgot my mask so I pulled my shirt collar up over my nose. Lady immediately kicked me out and was very rude about it. Nobody has ever had an issue with me using my shirt as a mask. Was in the middle of a move and didn't have a mask with me
Very nice workers and great smoothies! Not the easiest store to social distance in but it was built before the pandemic.

After years of not having Jamba Juice, I Lucked out and went here on thirsty Thursday. Smoothies were upgraded to large at no extra cost.
Super nice staff, great and fast service. Amazing variety. Loved it!
