This place is a small mom and pop type bar/ restaurant, kind of a locals hangout. They were friendly and inviting. They only have one item on the menu each night and when they are out they are out. I went on a Tuesday and it was Taco Tuesday, I had the fish tacos, I don't remember the name of the fish used but they were amazing, they had a flavourful chipotle slaw on top, the fish pieces were big and cooked to perfection. They have a small variety of beers and ciders they rotate. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. From the outside it doesn't look like much but, the drinks were cold and the food delicious.
Place has ? rats. Saw 2 small ones outside and 1 adult inside the bar. I informed the owner “Chris” and he was so glazed over I don’t think he even understood what was being communicated. Gross place and gross owner/manager !

I will return sometime soon as of right now the owners have helped me with my vehicles. (My third time I needed help) Everytime I am in need of help they have alwaYs helped me, even if they were not opened they are true good hearted people that never turn down a person in need of help thanks so much for this
The atmosphere was very relaxing and the food was from scratch and delicious, this is definitely a place to visit, doesn't look like much on the outside but, worth a visit and a chance .
We used to drive out here from Corvallis just for the good company and cheap drinks. I drop in every five years or so now and it never, ever disappoints.
Love this place. Home style cooking. Only open 5 till 8 Tuesday thru Friday. Old school tavern.
