I think they're just really busy/short staffed at this location. We've had a couple of experiences where orders seem to get delayed at the final step. Our order spent over an hour in quality check, and then came with the deluxe specialty pizza being only cheese and olives.Understandable mistake, but wish that domino's made it easier to ask for a refund. The olives-only pizza is kind of weird, don't recommend ordering. Not worth the money.
Dispite the fact that on the rare occasion the pizza comes out tasty and hot it seems recently that hasn't been the case. Tracking the food online only reveals our pizzas sitting in there warmers for an hour waiting for a driver. Driver was very friendly and polite, woman on the phone when we called to check our order was dismissive and clearly just trying to placate without caring. Our food came over done, I'm guessing it was the warming box and incorrect, missing ingredients that we paid for. All in all we probably wont be trying domino's again for a long while and neither should anyone else until they get more drivers at least. My husband has more choice words to say for our 60$ order but I figured that wouldn't be polite.
Ordered delivery, it took 2 hours from the time I ordered to when it left the store. It spent almost an hour in quality check, which it obviously wasn't checked because my pizza arrived with one and a half pieces just being bread. I didn't get my sauces I ordered and my bread bites and cinnamon twists were cold
Completely unhappy with our order. We are from out of area and use the website to order so it could be delivered to our motel. Website wait time was 50 to 60 minutes which is understandable on a busy night. However, an hour and a half later there was still no pizza or any of the other items that we ordered. When I called to verify an issue with the order not arriving in a reasonable time whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and had said that the wait time would be 2 to 3 hours. When I questioned that I was told that the website was wrong so I asked "so you're telling me that a pizza I ordered at 10:30 won't be delivered until 1:30 a.m.?" To which they replied yes and hung up. I question how they're going to deliver after delivery hours have closed. I feel ripped off.

It’s no doubt that it’s one of a good taste pizza when ordered taking out.However, if you order delivery, it’s pretty late and almost a frozen pizza. I ordered at 8:30pm but I got it at 10:45pm. I understand that they might busy sometimes but 2 hours delivery is too much!! This is not the first time but second time.Sometimes it’s also coming as a burned pizza. ?
Called in for delivery at 5:25pm 1 large pizza and some chicken. Was told pizza would be delivered in about 45min it is now 6:50pm and still NO Pizza!!!! If I didn’t already pay for it I’d cancel my order…….!!!!!!! Never making this mistake again…
Bad experience. Store closes at 10 PM but their schedule says 2 AM.
Ordered 2 pizzas with 2 orders of parmesan bites, along with parmesan packets, which for some reason now cost money (about $1 per packet) which never we're delivered. The order took 2 hours to arrive after getting out of the oven, and once delivered, the parmesan bites were more stale then bread left out for a month, and I would've much rather gotten frozen pizza if I would've known how bad the pizza was gonna be. Along with the app not letting me make a complaint after over an hour after the order, it was honestly one of the worse restaurant experiences I've ever had, especially compared to other dominos. If I could give this store less than 1 star, I would pay to do so with how bad it is
