The best restaurant in Corvallis and itâs not even close. The menu is unique, the food delicious and the cocktails and wine list are top notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Donât be in a hurry, the food rolls out at a slower pace, more European style, so settle in and enjoy! del Alma is Fantastico!
Summertime and cool. Delicious grilled chicken, crudo, cochinita Pibil tacos(best deal in town) and del Alma salad. I love this restaurant. Great service and bar too. Always delightful.
We went to celebrate my birthday. Itâs one of my favorite restaurants. And again it didnât disappoint. Francesca was our server and she did an excellent job very sweet and helpful. Our food and drinks were delicious! Our thanks to the entire staff they all did a wonderful job.
