Surprisingly tasty, Dairy Queen food fits like an old pair of shoes, comfortable and familiar. This particular location kind of looks like a zoo. A very small shop with a drive-thru around two sides of it at the corner in downtown Corvallis. You can't expect it to be much better than that and yet the crew manages to get the food out and most of the time things run smoothly. Since they make everything fresh it's not exactly fast food but then neither is McDonald's.

My daughter and her dad have always had lunch at DQ for their joint birthday. Dad passed away 2 yrs ago but she continues their tradition. Today we went to the Corvallis site and it will be our last visit. Chicken sandwich was so dry I had to drink water with each bite. Fries were lukewarm at best. When I mentioned it on our way out the manager was rude and said I should have said something sooner. I told her I didn't want a free meal..that wasn't the point. She said they were training new people in the back. Beware future customers if that's how they train them. DQ is off our birthday celebration list

Terrible customer service recovery! Do NOT buy an ice cream cake from here. We bought an M&M blizzard cake (it was labeled M&M, had M&Ms on top of it) for my son's birthday. Once we served it to everyone and bit into it, we found out it was actually Reese's Peanutbutter Cup on the inside. Thank goodness no one had peanut allergies! When I called to ask if we could get a refund or a different cake because my son doesn't like peanutbutter, they said there was nothing they could do about it because we'd already consumed part of the cake. How were we supposed to know it was peanutbutter unless we cut into it? Everything on the outside, including THEIR label indicated it was M&M! I asked to speak to the owner and they would only take my info and said he'd contact me. I never heard back from anyone.

The manager at this dairy queen is directing employees to break privacy violations by requesting to look at dashers phones in order to retrieve orders when that is A CLEAR violation. When informing the manager and employees currently on shift that they did not need to physically view my phone but that they only need the name and code provided through the app they kicked me out.

The gal at the window was AWESOME! She laughed, was very friendly and I really enjoyed her!

Not a great experience. I ordered a #5 with no veggies. I got a #9 with all veggies. I did not get the drink that was supposed to come with the meal nor did I get the opportunity to ask for it, as my food was handed to me by a rude, snotty little girl. I gave them two stars because my soul purpose of this visit was to get a Heath blizzard. On this they did not disappoint.

Friendly staff, quick service, and cute town. If you're in area, I recommend stopping by.

Ok... It's a Dairy Queen. The only thing I consistently buy there are their soft pretzel sticks with hot cheese sauce. A taproom on 2nd St. encourages bringing your own food and snacks. If anything goes better with a hazy IPA than pretzels and cheese sauce, please, let me know ASAP!?

The frozen hot chocolate was pretty good but the chicken strips were okay. Wish they little bit more flavorful.
