Food is good (when they have it) but my main reason for docking stars is the fact that they are always missing items.Today's sign said "no bowls, tacos, chips, queso, or card payments". I asked if I could get a bowl but served in a lid but they were out of lids as well. I know there are supply chain problems everywhere but at some point either improve it or close for the day. This location is crazy.
I had Chipotle here today for lunch and then got a really bad stomach pain, which doesn’t go away yet. I think I got food poisoning. I did really eat anything for breakfast, so it’s likely chippotle. I could be wrong, so I give three stars. If anyone gone through same problem, then it’s confirmed.
Always a great experience here. The only reason I give a four star instead of 5 is I've had multiple visits where they were 100% out of chicken, black beans or brown rice. Which means they have room for improvement on their ordering and most likely will resolve itself.
Oh man Oh man Oh man! I sure do love this Chipotle, In my time I've probably been at 50 different chipotle locations and this is my favorite! This young fella named Weston taught me how to fold a burrito and I taught my 3 kids how to do it the Chipotle way! They love it!!!!
I've never had a bad experience at this chipotle. Lines are never too long, customer service is great, and there's always at least one place to sit. This place definitely gets busy, but that's not a problem.
A nice young lad by the name of weston made me one of the best burritos I have ever gotten from chipotle, excellent wrapping skills and wonderful food item placement. Best chipotle location ever!
Was definitely a bad exspreince for the last hand full of times I went in. It's disappointing that the service was so bad and people being so rude when trying to order. I have tried to bring friends here twice to show them because in the past I prefered you to Qdoba. But no it is not the case. My friends won't even go back because they messed up 4/5 orders and where rude the whole time...again, I used to prefer you to Qdoba. I don't know what happened... Corvallis location.
They don't have masks available to the public. We drove 30 minutes to get some chipotle but they don't have a 20 cent mask to give out for a $30 order. We went to Applebee's instead.
I know times are tough and nobody wants to work for less than a livable wage (and rightly so), but this location seems to perpetually suffer from a shortage of staff. They're either totally closed during normal business hours, or have their lobby closed and force their customers to order online. I'd hate to find out that this is due to certain staff being too lazy to get POS up and running, otherwise I'll have to lower my rating to 1 star.
I literally waited in drive they line for 45 mins . Which did not make sense . It literally was 30mins past when my order was suppose to be picked up by. By the time I got my food it was cold. And my burrito was literally filled with just sauce.
