Absolutely horrible experience today 5/13/22 at about 7:35.. so not only was the employee at the drivethru window rude, but we watched take a fry out of our bag & eat it!! Then once we opened the burger we got it was completely falling apart in my hands.. literally.. I even tried to call to tell the manager because I know this is a health violation & my call got declined ?!?
I pretty much came here because I enjoy their commercials. Food was pretty good.
Really worth it if you have some extra cash and dont want to settle for McDonald's. They never mess up my order and they're very friendly.
The drive thru had some cars in it, so I decided to go with lobby. It was empty, so I got my food really fast. The employees were super nice, and super friendly.
Great food. But the drive thru person was pretty short and rude with me so I'm only giving 3 stars. Told her I liked her shirt (it was covered in adult swim characters, very cool shirt.) and shes scoffed and closed the window in my face... your parents would be ashamed of your manners. Maybe I'll go at a different time of day to avoid her.
Lets get some straws for the drinks. Straws are good. Or better yet, re design the cups since you do not provide straws. Dont worry, I plan to recycle my straw to keep the environment fresh. Let's give everyone a straw so we can sip our wonderful beverages, made with love.
Went inside to order and it was busy so I was happy to wait except the staff never even acknowledged I was there. They all saw me but never said anything and ended up waiting a few minutes before anyone even talked to me, including what I assume was their manager. The female manager with blonde hair is honestly rude and mean to her employees. The employees were obviously busy and busting their a**es off and she kept yelling at them. Please treat your employees better.
One of the better fast food joints in Corvallis. Have only had one one issue with them with a mixed up order, and they corrected it and were cool about it. The people rating it low are overly sensitive diaper wearing babies who regularly cry about everything if it doesn’t go their own way. 10/10 would eat here again.
I love this place. I walk in the general manager Leah knows me by face name and order, I walk in and she asks me if I'm eating my usual. She instructs them double cheese burger only double mayo double ketchup double mustard. It comes out hot and fresh and perfect, so messy it gets all over my face and the my hands OH-YEAH!!!
Me and my wife ordered delivery through doordash for Carl's Jr. When we finally got the order, turns out that we were given the incorrect order. Doordash of course refunded our money, but I will no longer be ordering delivery from Carl's Jr.
