I'll be coming here as a new person to the community! Excellent employees, great pricing, appears machines are new and top of the line. Washed and dried bedding, towels, heavy loads in less than an hour! All done at once is such a blessing!
I could not find the wifi password. Wondering if they forgot to post it with all of their new signage. Other people I'm the laundromat did not know it either. It was after attendant hours. I read a post here from 2 yes ago that it was above the easy card reader, but cannot find it.
Machines regularly didn't function using the easy card system. It was typical to have to wait for them to repair the electronics after I put clothing in the machines. I spoke with the owner about this and was just interrupted many times and it seemed my experience was irrelevant to them. Was thinking of not using this business before talking to the owner. After talking to the owner I'm definitely not using Campbell's laundry. I've been in Corvallis 20 years.
I had my underwear stolen here. Found them in a local park next to my house the day after. When I spoke to the owner and asked if she could help me look through surveillance, her response was “probably not… that’s just a lot to look through.” I knew the exact date and time they were stolen. The owner does not care about laundry theft. Plus, the machines smell like mildew. Go to Corvallis Eco Laundry instead. Their employees are much nicer.
One of the best laundry facilities I've seen! All updated machines and they take credit/debit cards at the machines. And while you wait, there is a coffee bar on site along with other refreshments. And across the parking lot, there is their dry cleaner shop. One stop laundry!
This laundromat is so lovely! Very clean and pleasant. The attendant Dylan was so helpful showing me the machines! The other employee made me a wonderful green tea :) Definitely recommend doing your laundry here!
Not impressed with cleanliness of business, alot of machines either didn't work and mechanics to pay very outdated. This business is a money maker for the owner, nothing more than that. Very disappointing experience.
