I arrived when I thought they were open (because that is what the company web site said). The manager told me I had to leave because the times just changed. I stuck my head in again and asked how long it would take to make 1 medium bowl once they opened. The manager told me 3 minutes, so I decided to wait outside. The manager came out and told me that when they opened that they had a large catering order to do before I would be served. I responded, "The doors will be opened but I will have to wait even longer and then you will fill a 3 Minute order?" He sarcastically said, "Have a nice Day." I went down the street to Jimmy John's and my day began to improve.
First time in. Two employees had their backs to is, the one at the counter was looking down at a device I can only assume was online orders. Finally I asked if we should come back later, there were more employees than customers but they were too busy to even acknowledge us. Finally, when we tried to order we are told the original cafe yum bowl wasn't available. No explanation, no recommendations. We left and enjoyed lunch down the street.Wont be back
A long time customer here. Unfortunately won’t be returning anytime soon. Why? I have noticed a pattern of my simple large original yumm bowls not being filled completely, besides the filled-completely price tag (that was recently just raised btw) - my most recent purchase being filled 2/3 of the way. When calling this location to give respectful and honest feedback as one would, the manager, Nick, decided he’d like to end the conversation short by hanging up on me after a bit of a short tone, and not allowing much dialogue from myself. Absolutely rude and uncalled for. Not my problem if you’re having a bad day. I don’t normally leave reviews, but enjoy this 1-star Nick!
It's a pretty good fast food place. I like the hot and jazzy bowl over there. Their cafe yumm sauce is too good. Do try one of their bowls, you'll fall in love with this place and their 'Yumm! Sauce'.
Great food but you guys need to start offering dine in again. It’s been 2 yrs of this fear Covid nonsense!
Just had such a good experience with the worker at the front and the manager. They fixed an order that got messed up and were really nice and accommodating. We eat here all the time and have always liked the staff. The place is run really well. Thanks so much you guys.

I love cafe yumm - but every time I order from this specific store, the mess up my order terribly. Last time their rice was over cooked, it was hard to eat. This time they gave me a yumm bowl with rice and beans! Nothing else! I even triple checked my order and it says what I ordered correctly, they just didn’t add anything to it.So disappointed ):
Every time I eat at a Cafe Yumm I'm surprised by trying something new! Incredible ingredients & great service. Can't wait for them to open up in store service.
