Good place to eat but come early as the line at the drive thru can be long. Location is good being located near the shopping areas and two major thoroughfares. Also located just one block west of Hwy 99W. Worth the visit.
Overpriced!I like the burgers but not for this price. Today a Bacon CB basket (reg not large) and added a basic kids cheeseburger:. $16? Thats the price of a sit down meal at Red Robin- 100% not worth it. Its a bummer i wont eat at Burgerville any more- how about a value menu or something? Im not interested in installing apps on my phone to get any "deals" sorry.
Usually screw up our order, today we couldn’t even order. Huge line, no drive through option. So they didn’t screw up the order as we left.
Can I give zero stars???? Is this a joke? I ordered the halibut sandwich and received a nugget inside of bread. Not even proper lettuce or mayo....... just dont return cause gas is too expensive. Never again. No taste, not even smell like a fish sandwich..... beyond outrageous
Go to Burgerville alot. I would give them five stars because their food is good, regional fast food that uses quality ingredients. They recently added a series of tip buttons, with 15% the minimum. They're already pricey, so adding $6 bucks to food for 3 is alot...and if you choose not to tip, it seems like requested items like ketchup, etc sometimes don't make it into your bag...
For a place called BURGERVILLE I expected more. I ordered a double beef cheeseburger and got a tiny little kids meal sized burger. Also there was a hair in it. Gross! Oh well, I kept eating it. Waffley fries and their spread was my favorite part. Delicious! And the guy that rang me up was very friendly! I love that! I like it when fast food employees smile. Makes a huge difference! Willing to give them a second chance.
The staff is a little awkward with words, but not unfriendly. That's the only thing that could be considered close to a complaint and it's totally made up for with the rest of their service. The corvallis burgerville has never mixed up a special order of mine and all my orders require changes from the base menu. Never. They're always prompt and despite their huge volumes of business, pretty speedy about it. Full five stars, they're one of my go to spots.
Man...they got some quality burgers, fries and shakes here. The Halibut sandwich was ?. The waffle fries weren't soggy and were perfect. The hazelnut milkshake was amazing. My new favorite fast food place.
I always order the same thing. 2 original burgers no ketchup extra spread. These folks never disappoint I always get plenty of extra spread. If I were to suggest anything it would be to grill the buns till they're hot. I personally wouldn't mind having to pull over and wait for the hot bun. Great customer service. Always friendly and always thank me and tell me to have a great day! When I pull away from the window I always feel that they were 100% sincere.
Can’t go wrong with the chicken or halibut
