Do not eat here. Frankly they should shut this place down. Upon close inspection the inside is disgusting. Clearly they don’t clean very well, old soda stains under the coke machine, dust everywhere, tables just left trashed. Employees stand around and stare at you while you wait 10-15 minutes for your food, on their phone or gossiping it looks like. Food was sloppily put together, whopper patty looks old like it was cooked forever ago. Fries not fresh. I been coming here a long time and it’s always one thing after another. Looks like employees are smoking weed or something in their cars out front while people are waiting too long for their food. The next time I’ll be eating at a Burger King will not be this one here. I won’t be bringing my business back and neither should you.
It shouldn’t take half an hour to serve each individual vehicle in the drive through. Especially with a line of 5-6 cars, and an empty dining room. If employees are going to stand around and do nothing, they should at least step out of the line of sight of the customers they are ignoring. Efficiency and customer service do not exist at this location.
The manager and employee were super nice and quick with my order. Not only that but the manager brought the food to my table which completely threw me for a loop.Great customer service but I'm sure on more busier hours you can expect a drop off due to pressure.
Food was cold. Drive thru girl heard the order wrong. And expected us to just deal with her mistake. Then proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away and get some else to give us our proper order. Acted as if was our fault that she is incompetent in her duties. She absolutely should not be working the drive thru.
I've been going to this Burger King every weekend for some breakfast sandwiches and ocassionally for a weeknight whopper. I have never had any issues. Everyone is really professional and seemingly good at their job. It's nice to know that there is a reliable location to grab a quick bite to eat. The manager and crew there really are good at what they do. They deserve to be recognized.
If you are ordering online, don’t expect your order to be correct. Second time ordering delivery and both times our orders have been completely incorrect, and sauces missing. Very disappointed.
I love the taste of BK's burgers.In this particular location, Renee always provides fast reliable service.
What a breath of fresh air . Service is above and beyond! Food is always correct. And we all know how hard that is . If you want a fast reliable service. Always with a smile . Then this is the place for you .
You can tell these guys are shorthanded but the people that they have are moving!!
I was little disturbed to find the cook not wearing gloves or person at drive thru not wearing mask. If he wasn't handling my food I would not mind but I watched him bag it.The sandwich was delightful tho.
