The food that we got was good. But wrong. Girlfriend ran in on her way home from work. System double charged us. We live in Albany so by the time we discovered it was wrong we weren't going to turn back.Mozzarella sticks instead of an order of wings. Less wings in one container than there should have been. And one had a mix of both boneless and bone in wings. Will not go back.
I don't know how much this has to do with this specific location, but trying to order anything online is the absolute hugest pain. The app and website are constantly crashing and spitting errors, and the layout of everything is terrible. Good luck having it even understand where to send your food either. When I put in my full address, and it showed the full address on the order receipt, it sent the driver to just the middle of Philomath, as if it just looked up the town on Google Maps then sent it to the driver. Also idk what they did to the fried pickles since the pandemic, but they are barely seasoned anymore.
Unfortunately, we visited right after Power Hour so the restaurant was fairly busy. We waited around 10 minutes to get seated and 15 minutes before we were able to flag down a waitress and get our order taken. Despite the wait, Rylee was such a sweetheart! She checked in on us frequently, and our food came out right as we were finishing up our appetizers (side note: I think the mozzarella sticks could've been a bit more golden brown, but they were still good) She also gave us extra napkins and to-go boxes for our leftovers. Loved her!
The staff are friendly but we literally paid 46 dollars for our food and I arrived at 6:50pm and was told it would take a couple of minutes. Well a couple of minutes turned into almost 20 minutes and I was never even given an apology for the wait even tho the guy who checked in with me knew I was waiting. When we got the food at about 7:20pm I brought it back and it was cold. Didn’t even taste like Buffalo Wild Wings cooking. 2 star review.
Staff was nice we went during a ufc fight so it was packed I told them I didn’t care about paying the 5 dollars per person. But they sat me out side which I I had kids and the heater where not working. So it was cooled. You can imagine that experience with cold kids. Thought I would give a fyi to other parents don’t sit outside the staff made it sound like the were in no big hurry to get it fixed
i’m absolutely disgusted i found literal feathers in my wings and i called to tell them not because i was angry but just because i wanted to warn them that they had LITERAL feathers in their food and all they had to say was “are you sure they’re from us?” “maybe your uber eats driver did something to them” the only good from i got calling was them telling me next time i come in i can get a free 6 piece but i declined because i will not be buying from them ever again. if i could i would give a 0 star review but that’s not possible so i give you a 1.
Good food for our corporate restaurant. You can order food to eat in house or pick up to go. You can also call in orders to pick up. Be wary that they are very busy on Friday and Saturday nights so be aware of OSU football schedules.
Horrible service ? we waited almost an hour for our food and they didn't even have the complete order ? i said that I wasn't happy about it and they did nothing ? we spent $80 so you would think that they would offer a discount or something but nope. I wouldn't come here in less you have a couple hours lol.
Love this place in Corvallis. Go there every time I'm in town. They actually have a better beer selection than any other BWWs I've been to. Ask for Riley or Lauren! They are fantastic!
I went on Mon 01/10/2022 it wasn’t busy at all.I wasn’t greeted nor seated so i sat by myself at an empty table no waiter came to me for about 20 mins.I was the only black person in the restaurant.I left after being totally ignored since the waiters were going everywhere except my table.
