It was a wonderful experience from the moment we went in,to the moment we had left. My wife had suggested we stop and try it;I'm happy we did. There was excellent customer service;the burgers were delicious. We'll definitely be coming back again.
I have been here a few times. They have good burgers, just a tad over-priced. Today was the last time I will go. They are crowded, it happens, but they decided to stop taking orders. They didn't tell us before we stood in line for about 10 minutes. Instead of asking if anyone had orders to go, they just said quietly behind us, we are taking a break from ordering. Have better customer service if you want to keep customers.
I had the Blue cheese bacon jam,, called the Willamette.. wow!.. flavors melding and textures, very flavorful.Something to be experienced.Outstanding! My friends had the basic Bovine.Said it was great ?Very crowded.. but we managed.
Fantastic, mid level (price wise) burger joint. Beyond mid level in taste! I'm in love with the fact that they have so many sauces and can make your own as well. Glad I happened upon this place, I'll be back for sure!
One of our sons favorites. As a student, he and his friends like the happy hour deals. But reasonable even if there not during happy hour. Fun sauce bar and fun atmosphere. Whoever put this place together, knows what they are doing!
The burger are delicious and huge.
burger would be good if it wasn't drowned in sauce. I like sauce, and this was too much sauce.
Just meh for my experience. The burger was average and okay, but the fries were greasy and way overcooked. Also, they charge an additional $3.50 for the Beyond Burger, making my burger combo $16. Definitely too much for what I got. The service was okay and they got the food to us in a reasonable time. That being said, the restaurant wasn't very clean and they had on music that was too loud for the space. Honestly, I wanted to like this place, but most likely won't be back to give it another chance.
I have loved this place since they 1st opened in downtown Salem. I had a moment to spare so I tried the Corvallis location on 3rd street. The Burger was pretty good, obviously great meat. The burger looked amazing, but was so so as far as eating it. Bun was cold and not toasted very well. I was one of only 4 people in the establishment and the other 3 had already eaten so the only Burger they were making was mine. Take your time every time and make the food correctly and it will attract more customers.I will be back because I know they can do better, but what about that 1st time customer that has never ever been there. If they would've got the Burger I got yesterday, there's a 50/50 chance they'd never come back. One other thing to add, the morale seems low there. It definitely does not have the same vibe as the downtown Salem. When I 1st walked in I got a deer in a headlight stare not even a hello. It was awkward as if I just crashed a party as an uninvited guest. Just a very slow walk over to the register. Pleasant and polite during transaction, but not like overly excited. The place is set up just opposite of the one in Salem so when I walked in I was kind of lost on where to go and the employees were definitely not helpful. Who knows, maybe everyone was just having a bad day. For me I will probably stick to Salem.
We ordered a vegetarian black bean and sweet potato patty burger, but for my husband they gave black bean patty burger with some red meat in it. So they immediately remade the burger when we asked. But the burger was ok, not tasty though. We also ordered loaded parmesan fries with some veggies on it, but they have given us loaded parmesan fries with no veggies !!! We didn't have a good experience with this restaurant.
