for fast food it was good.. old style drive through with only a speaker and that was cool.. ill go back when in that area
They seemed to be training people, and drive thru was slow going because of it. Everyone stayed patient, the service was excellent, and they got my order right.
EVERY time I come here, they never provide napkins for the greasy, cheesy food! I WILL ALSO NEVER COME BACK!! When I called to speak to the Manager (who presented herself as) Sydnie at 10:53 am on 1/13/2022 she was NOT FRIENDLY AND HAD HORRIBLE Customer Service! I was trying to explain the issue and before I could even finish talking she HUNG UP ON ME! When I tried to call back she REFUSED 3 callbacks and it was so horrible that the first 2 times I called she picked the phone up and DELIBERATELY HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN!!!! If this is the way your company wants to present themselves then I want Cooperate!! This location is HORRIBLE Customer Service EVERYTIME I COME!! Like so bad people in Corvallis Talk about it All The time!!! This is disrespectful to not even value your customers opinion or value what they are being paid for "Customer Service"!! Why would you even staff such a horrible Manager!!! None of the employees ever smile or even care to look at the customers when coming in or in the drive through! Something seriously needs to be addressed and maybe you would get more customers!!

I'm not joking here, 9 out of 10 times these guys either get our order wrong or they don't put something order in the back, we have to alway as in 10/10 times check our bags because they always wrong. Bad for fast food accuracy.
Great food and service. Order was correct, the food was hot and fresh. I wish they had a location in Lincoln City.
Wish I could give it 0 stars. Very displeased. I order the french dip meal, a roast beef meal and that cheddar chicken sandwich thru the drive thru. Got home no Dip for the french dip. I called they said they told us they only had 2 left. so I take it 3 cars ordered the same thing cause they NEVER told us that. And they said "well sorry don't know what to tell you." NEVER going back there again!
The ‘manager’ Shayla is completely disrespectful almost every time I come through and get food. Very unfortunate they have a manager like that. Bad customer service

Fir fast food Arby’s has become our families restaurant of choice. Drive through can be crowded but probably because others enjoy their food also.We’ve kinda got into a routine: Gyro (amazing), beef and cheddar (hardy), chicken salad with buttermilk ranch.Thanks fir being so close!
