Ramen looked great, but tasted plain and salty. All the ingredients were added in cold and the broth was not very hot. Not good to bite into very cold eggs and taste the frozen corn.Noodles were also undercooked and sticky and the broth lacked flavor. The pork was also lukewarm and not satisfying

Delicious food that gets from kitchen to table fast! To anyone thinking about trying their milk teas, just know that they're bottled and not made in house. I've tried the Ai Ramen, Shoyu Ramen, and Takoyaki - very solid choices that will fill you up. I think one improvement that could be made is the staff. All of the times that I've visited the restaurant outside of peak lunch or dinner hours, it seems that there's only been one server for the entire floor. Understandably, the server appears overwhelmed and wait times get longer. Please make sure your servers get the breaks they deserve! Other than that, I'll be visiting this restaurant more often because of their reliable consistency in food quality - my go-to for ramen in Corvallis

I love eating here whenever I'm in Corvallis. The ramen is freshly prepared to order, and there's a nice selection of small plate items and skewers for a well rounded dining experience. My favorite so far is the Spicy Miso ramen-they get the heat just right! Brush up on your chop stick skills, although I'm sure they have forks available on request ?

Excellent food, great portions, friendly staff.

My 3rd time at this place. Weird that my two to go orders aren’t as great as the first time we went to this place and dined in. I think the place still recommended but the content of the soup disappoint. The pork broth is tasty enough. Not too salty and not bland. I don’t believe in sauces but I’ve had ramen in other places and it taste better without addtl sauces added. There is something missing about the soup base. Not sure what it is though. I think there is too much corn, bamboo shoots and seaweed (was on the harder side). Bacon was tasty but too pale. I’m not sure why that didn’t looked appetizing. Half of the egg was cooked really great but it felt cold inside once you take a bite! The noodle is cooked but I think it can probably wait another a few minutes before I ate it esp since this was a to go order. I was too hungry to let it soaked! The portion was too small for the Price of $15. Then I ordered the milk tea classic for $4. I expected it to be serve on a to go cup w/ ice but I was given a bottle. I would not have ordered if I knew it came in a bottle. :( the taste was good but it is not something I would try again. The service is great though! Friendly and the ambience is great as well. Decor super modern but still feels homey. The food prep was quick maybe that’s why it felt uncooked. Maybe next time will dine in and see if the to go order isn’t great for places like this…. Warm soup!

I found the ramen to be delicious. The atmosphere was vibrant and modern, the neon sign in the background was a nice touch. However, I did find that it was a little over priced, me and my partner paid $40 total for just two plates and an appetizer that was very dry and overcooked. Not nearly as good as Toshi's from Eugene.

Ai ramen special Good broth could of been hotter though my wife's spicy miso ramen was really good

The food ( we ordered reman noodles soup, fried tofu, fried chicken) was delicious! And the staffs are very friendly, service was great too! I got to talk to the owner Brian, he is super nice and loves his business is able to provide tasty food to the locals! We will definitely come back! I want to try their sushi next door too!

I can never wait to come back for more spicy miso ramen. It’s become one of my favorite comfort foods and always impresses friends and family that we share the experience with.

I ordered spicy miso ramen and potato croquettes. It was $17 for the ramen which consisted of some ramen pasta, a Naruto, some pork. It was super salty. I gagged on it. It wasn’t spicy at all and there wasn’t much of anything. In my opinion it wasn’t worth $17. I was disappointed. I couldn’t even drink any of the broth because it was THAT salty. I paid $7 for two croquettes sliced in half. Again not worth $7. When I opened the bag and seen what my money had paid for and after eating some of my order I honestly felt ripped off. I work hard for my money and expected way better quality then that. I will not be going back or ordering from them again. They don’t deserve my money. My opinion. I hope that it’s better experience for others. But for me it was a waste of 24 dollars not including payment for having it delivered. Bummed.
