Great food but service was subpar. Made last minute reservation and as Resy.com asks if its for special occasion; I put yes, Birthday. Our waitress never acknowledged the note even though she was the one that looked up the reservation when we checked in and most of the time she was too busy talking to local friends/customer instead of providing quality service. If come back to Bend I'll take my money elsewhere. Had to ask other servers for things due to our servers preoccupation.She even sat at one customers table while we were waiting for dessert and I would of had another glass of wine but oh well. She's lucky we left a 15 percent tip.
Terrible customer service. The server didn’t check with us once to see how we were doing and if we liked the food. She brought us our check without even asking if we needed anything else or if we were ready for it
Everything was exceptional from the zucchini salad to the cod. Our waitress was friendly and on top of things throughout the meal. Highly recommend this little spot! We live in Las Vegas, which is a dining paradise, and we wish we could take this place home with us.
Charming, cozy, white cloth, best Italian food in Bend. The AK cod is my usual but the wild mushroom pasta special is locally sourced and always good. The pork chops are amazing. Meatballs are as good as mama's. It's a treasure and a treat to eat there.
Garbage reservation system that doesn’t confirm. Ruined my partners birthday plans. If only they would pick up their phone instead of pretending they’re too good, we could have reserved at a place that actually cares about the people who eat there. Thanks for nothing!
There is no customer service unless you show up in person. They say they don’t answer any phone calls because they are focusing on customers, but you can’t get any help or clarification or check reservations or literally anything because they won’t answer a phone. Apparently caring about their customers isn’t actually caring about their customers before or after service. Reservation system barely works. Terrible way to run a business.

AMAZING customer service! Food was all prepared top notch. Don't sleep on this place! I'd highly recommend dining here. Small & personal venue. Very reasonable pricing. I will not only come back for more but I will tell everyone to come try it out. Traditional Italian!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant, an anniversary celebration. The service was good, we never felt rushed, in spite of it being a very busy night. The food is hot (temperature), well prepared and creative. If it is a Friday or Saturday, I would recommend a reservation. The interior is cozy, but comfortable.

The restaurant is not large, and I would recommend if planning to go on a Friday or Saturday, a reservation will assure you a seat.
