I searched for omelettes in Bend, Oregon and the Victorian Cafe popped up and off we went. Let me add that navigating through Bend is very easy and fun. A town with a barbershop and brewery every few blocks. The Mrs. and I had the Californian with mushrooms, spinach, and bacon added in, and a side of andouille sausage. The omelette was great but the andouille. WOW. I'd go back just for a side of that. We got what we needed and then some.

So much great food to choose from! I had the omelette... Baton Rouge, I think they called it... ??‍♂️ It was amazing! And that Proud Mary? Impressive!

Cozy, family-friendly breakfast/lunch café. We had to park along the street and wait approximately 8 minutes for a table. Once seated, we were attended to quickly and efficiently. It was difficult to choose a couple of dishes since they all sounded good! We settled for the Pacific Crab Eggs Benedict, Earth Harvest Benedict, and Caramel Apple French Toast. Each dish was just... so delicious! Not overly flavored or heavy, and they tasted clean. In addition, all of the dishes were proportionate for their price. What really stood out was the Homemade Applesauce since we've never had anything like it before. We also ordered the Chai Tea, which came with a cinnamon stick, making it more authentic. We had a great experience here with both the food and hospitality. We hope to visit again soon!

Love Eggs Benedict? This is the place to go to in Bend, OR. First time I was here I had the Dungeness Crab Benedict which also had asparagus. This time I opted for their one of their daily specials which was a flash fried breakfast burrito filled with lobster, scallops, and prawns - so good. The restaurant is cozy being in a Victorian style house.

This is my favorite breakfast spot in all of PNW. Great selection and their specials change periodically! Can’t go wrong with anything. Tiramisu french toast was crunchy, not overly sweet, and soft. I cannot wait to go back!

I had the California omelette with potatoes and a scone. The omelette was perfect. Not like your typical greasy spoon diner omelette. The texture was not too dry and the eggs still retained their moisture. The potatoes had just a touch of crunchy texture and were not over cooked.I sampled the gluten free pancakes and they were light and fluffy. Our server was attentive and made sure our coffees were always filled.

We were in Bend and we were looking for a good breakfast place and decided to have breakfast at Victorian Cafe. It is a big cafe with ample of seating space. We were given a booth to seat and were greeted by our server Ayla. For the morning drink we ordered English Breakfast Black Tea. For the breakfast we ordered Vegetarian Huevos Rancheros with a side of Sourdough Bread and Oatmeal with mixed berries. We didn't had to wait much and we got our order in 10-15 minutes. The breakfast was amazing and we loved the breakfast. It was hot and freshly made. Loved the breakfast and loved the service.

3rd Time in Bend and only fitting our third time to the Victorian Café. Saturday morning crowd was to be expected and the wait was reasonable. They accommodate you with a place to grab one of the finest bloody Mary's, mimosas or one of their fine coffees while you wait it out by their fire pit or take a beautiful stroll down to the river and walk along the park trail. The food is hands down the best. Worth every cent and all the wait. If you aren't local the specials are the place to look. This Omlet with Spicy redcrab was delicious. Plenty of flavor and just the right amount of bite to the spices. Potatoes were cooked to perfection and I indulged on their Man-mosa and their Irish Coffee, both of which were excellent. Service is amazing and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. If you are in Bend for a couple days or just passing through and need a bite to eat you will not regret stopping here. Dog friendly outside, kid friendly and overall an excellent time to be had for both you and your appetite.

My entire meal was excellent! You won't be disappointed for some quality food and ingredients. The parking lot is a bit small which matches the seating capacity. The inside is a cozy character and is very quaint. This place is usual pretty busy through out most of the year. Just be prepared to wait or find parking, but it's worth it!

Terrific eggs Benedicts (I returned 3 times!) and Bloody Mary's. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.
