This is an awesome little wine bar that we discovered on our latest trip to Bend. IT IS THE BEST!! Don't let the size of the place deter you.....the people who work there (especially David) are super knowledgable and fun to hang out with. We met some of Bend's best people every time we were there. Not to mention their wine selection is over the top
This place is Awesome! I was looking for a specific bottle on short notice, called Good Drop and was blown away. Not only was it 5:30pm on a Saturday they called their distributor for that vineyard and within a half hour they called me back to say they could have it by Thursday! Amazing customer service taken to a new level. Very rare these days. Thanks!
A cute little wine spot in Bend. The owner is friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Wines by the glass. Although it's a tight squeeze for more than 4 people in the shoppe, they have outdoor seating that looks very inviting if I were visiting outside of late October. I highly recommend!
Honestly, if I could give this zero stars I would. The person who was working went off to drive her friends’ Maserati (which was a Maserati suv) on a Saturday afternoon. Then the person she left in charge of the shop poured other customers wine and she scolded him about it in front of customers. The Prosecco was flat and honestly undrinkable, and I have been able to choke down coors light before. She did not check on us because again, she left to drive her friends’ car. Once my friend paid, it took 15 minutes for her to return the card. Don’t worry, we went to Stoller right after and had a significantly wonderful experience.
Wine was terrible, service was worse. If I could have left a negative tip I would have! No one at the table even finished their wine. Disappointed for sure!
Very sweet and friendly young women helped us choose wines that were well-organized on the shelves. (One was the owner.) We weren’t rushed or made to feel ignorant about wine. (Well, we are rather knowledgeable about it.) We decided to sit in the air conditioned shoppe and try a glass each of wines new to us. We had a delightful conversation with the woman sitting next to us and it was a serendipitous find for us!

The owner, Sarah, is knowledgeable and passionate about wine, as you would expect, but also manages to foster an environment where everyone feels like family. We’ve had some of the best conversation with complete strangers and made great memories here, and we are already looking forward to the next time we get to ...drop... in.
