Cocktails are delicious with freshly muddled herbs/fruit and you can choose what spirit you’d like as the base. I love the abstract painting while you wait and all of the other eclectic decor. Fun spot in Bend for good cocktails, fun music, and friendly staff. They also had a DJ!
Great cozy place for cocktails and tasty appetizers! Everything was good. Had a Poco Loco and Southern Side Car. Thank you to Hillary, our gracious server. We will be back!
first time to Bend, super impressed! The lettuce wraps were light and flavorful. The hostess even put my order in while I waited. Will, the bartender helped me create my own cocktail. Local Oregon gin, Pimm's, muddled fruit, rhubarb bitters, and a splash of ginger beer. I'll be back.
This place hits all the right things, amazing food, great cocktails, great music with live DJ and good vibes. There is also a place up stairs with a dart board room. We came here once we got into town to grab something to eat and drink. Ended up staying for a few hours. I will say this place gets packed, and for good reason. They do have reservations and I would highly recommend making them. We waiting about 45mins to get in on a Friday night but it was worth it. Highly recommended.
Excellent cocktails that are creative and delicious. The food is also on par with the drinks. Best to get there early or call for reservations. Not quite as fun standing at a shelf on the wall waiting for a table to open, but at least they'll serve you while you wait. Will definitely return and recommend the joint.
The Dogwood is one of our favorite bars in Bend! The cocktails are always fantastic, food is good, and service is great. The ambience is fun and quirky!
Some of the most unique cocktails! Super fun and funky place with cozy and intriguing atmosphere. Lots of really interesting alcohol choice, much more fun than your standard bar. Food is marked for gluten free and vegan dietary needs.
We always make a point of stopping in at the Dogwood whenever we are in Bend. The drinks are delicious and creative. The food is consistently good and different from most run of of the mill bars. I have recommended this bar to many friends and all have had positive experiences.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The drinks were mostly amazing, I got the Juan Connery and that was delicious!!! They're list is varied so you have quite the options. On the down side, she got the Bee Sting and that did not taste good. It wasn't spicy nor good. So they exchanged it for just a regular margarita. I've heard from friend they have tried the lavender drink and liked it. Overall I would definitely come back.
Hands down best cocktails in Bend. Highly recommend the Poco Loco and the Beatnik. They also have amazing small bites that are in no way your average bar food. The poke nachos, fried chicken, and dog food are my favs.
