5/5 best place to grab food, beverage, and entertainment in Bend, Oregon, great customer service, amazing bartenders and the Food truck Luckywoodsman is amazing / fire ? I got the elderly berry burger ? paired with Brussels sprouts and was divine. At the bar I had a beautiful whiskey sour and local cider. Make make this place your place to explore in Central Oregon. I love the hospitality. ?????

I arrived in Bend today. I had looked up the menu for the Brown Owl and fell in love with the Cubano. It was fairly slow when I sat down at the bar. I was asked if I wanted to eat or drink. I stated order food first and then I would order a drink. She handed me the menu and I stated that I was already to order. At this time a couple walks up behind me not even sitting down. She proceeds to take their order. Poor service. I left. Maybe I will try again tomorrow.

The beer selection is good and the menu looks good, but the service here was terrible. It took over 10 minutes after sitting down before a server came by and she only came over to apologize that she needed to do something else. The bartender even apologized as we walked out. There are 8 better options within spitting distance. I’ll never be back.

Had the pretzel and it was ok, and drinks are also ok

We ordered and then waited for an hour for food. 3 other groups came, ate, and left. All served by our waitress who didn't check on us one time. We managed to get another waitor's attention and let him know we were still waiting for food... so the manager came up and comp'd everything for us. But when we did get the food (another 45 minutes), it wasn't really warm anymore. The waitress also tried saying we had moved seats, we hadn't, and then told us our server said we did. She was our server. She then asked if we wanted our check after we had been told we wouldn't have to pay... she had to check with the manager about our food being free since we bothered waiting all night for a not great meal. Weird experience. Also your "open" time is wrong.

was in town with my fusdon’t expect to get quick service. waited 15-20 before i even got greeted. the tables were dirty and the waitress didn’t bother cleaning it. i asked for a beer and waited a another 10-15 before she asked me about food so i asked for a menu and another drink and took about 10min even though it wasn’t all that busy. once i ordered i was told they were out of burgers. defiantly disappointed in the service . i had to go elsewhere for food after wasting almost a hour .

Not sure why this place isn't constantly packed, tons of seating, no bs bar tenders, and good drinks. Not to mention the food is awesome. The homemade cornbread, chicken sandwich, and burger are all my favorites

We came into this understated restaurant without expecting too much and we were just blown away by the quality of the food. I’m telling you this was the best chili I’ve ever had, just enough spice and a very robust flavor. This ended up being our favorite place to eat in Bend, who would’ve thought! 100% recommend coming here for the food and atmosphere.

Came here because they had a TV with sound for the game, but man did they win me over. The GM welcomes us in, gives great recommendations, fantastic service. They started as a food truck and it SHOWS. The food is awesome, and they don't gouge you. I love this place, My biggest regret is that I don't live in bend to come here more often

We didn’t know what to expect, and we were quite pleased with the service (thanks Brooks!), drinks were smooth (we ordered Tricerahops double IPA and Manhattan) and the food very tasty. We ordered the Cubano and house salad to “split” and they separated plates with still large potions. The salad was impressive filled with lots of goodies. We enjoyed it very much. We will definitely return. Thank you. And of course, the 80’s music (combo of Siousxie and The Banshees, Depeche Mode, OMD, the Cure, New Order, Pet Shop Boys) was a definite BONUS to those of us that grew up in the 80s. Knew every song and own the CDs! Fun for us.
