I have been very happy with my experiences at the Madness. I eat here almost every day. Awesome food. Get your clean protein meal here after your workout!

After ordering I realized I had forgotten to get drinks... the counter guy took the order of another customer and while they were waiting for the charge machine to work, I asked for cups and left extra $ on the counter... instead of just handing me cups, he took the time to turn to me and tell me in a very rude tone that he would get them when he is done with this customer. There wasn't any line of people and it just didn't make sense.I went back to my table at which point my husband said we were leaving because he didn't like how rudely I was spoken to.So, I don't know if the food is good or not... I know it was more than $21 for a couple of bowls that we didn't stay to eat.

Great stop in lunch option. Have many different meat options (teriyaki chicken/steak/salmon!) and different rice/fried rice/noodle options.I’m writing this because last week while I was there, an angry DoorDash driver stormed in and started verbally harassing the store owner on a very short staffed day. She protected her employees, got police on the line and diffused the situation well until the crazy lady left. She was calm and friendly afterwards and kept apologizing to customers, but I was sorry she has to deal with that! After that, I had no choice but to come here and give my 5-star experience

Delivery is still an issue. Decided to drive and dine in. My husband got spicy chicken; it was subpar. I got the Chicken Katsu and if I didn’t dine in, the cashier would have forgotten the sauce it comes with, chicken over cooked and dry. Veggies were undercooked and unseasoned. But the chicken egg roll was good.

Currently I'm sitting here eating and throughly enjoying my food and service. (12:45pm 4/27) I'm watching the sweet lady (short, hoop nose ring, light blue eyes) who did my order, throughly clean and keep busy. She's helping everyone with a smile on her face, sweet demeanor, and wishing everyone a good day or safe drive. She's got great energy and is the nicest person I've come across working here.

Came in to order food, was greeted rather coldly by the manager and trainee. The manager was not wearing a name tag, but she has dark black hair. I don't blame the newbie but was not impressed with the manager who offered no help, training or guidance. Just stood there staring at him. As a training manager, this is completely unacceptable and I will be making online orders from here on out to avoid dealing with anyone from this location. Food is great though, love their food ??

Got two regular bowls; one had barely any rice, one had barely any chicken, and both had barely any veggies. Service was pretty lackluster. But the spicy sauce was actually spicy so that's cool.

The chicken bowl was tender, veggies fresh, and noodles pretty yummy too!Power bowl was so filling and big. 3 meals for me! Sauce was delicious too!Friendly staff, and fast service!

The amount of vegetables in our bowls were minuscule and most of it was almost-raw cabbage. There was half a bite of broccoli, a couple thin slices of zucchini, an onion ring or two, and a bit of grated carrot. The tofu was dry and somewhat leathery. If you’re looking for a healthy meal, keep looking. One star for polite and quick service, another for decent brown rice.

Stopped here this evening for the family meal, taking it home to La Pine. We ordered two steak bowls, a spicy tofu, and a chicken bowl. Unfortunately, three of the four meals were very disappointing. The meals tasted old, and reheated. We have eaten here before, and enjoyed our food, tonight’s experience has me thinking I won’t return.
