Let me start off by saying. They are ABSOLUTELY AngelsWhen the Taco Bell craving hit at 10:34 am. (Weird I know but you do what do what you gotta do). I drove over and got a 12 pack crunchy tacos. Where I asked for lots of fire sauce, and my goodness did they provide to my self indulging Taco Bell rampage.Gave me a half bag of fire sauce and left me in a coma, the nap I am about to take will be legendary.Thank you, Taco BellMy hero’s.
Always a god awful experience coming here. First off never use your card here!! There are thief’s and took my card info and tried buying over 500$ at Costco. Thankful my bank declined them!They are always rude as hell here. They close early and don’t put signs out saying they are closed and when you approach expecting them to say they are closed they don’t and scream at you for being there in line. Orders are always wrong. This location is the worst.
This has been my favorite Taco Bell for awhile, but tonight really solidified that opinion! The people working the window tonight at 7 were very caring and kind and went above and beyond for me, I am very grateful to them and would highly recommend this store!!!
Extremely long wait times in drive thru and always changing lobby hours. Both as a customer and a driver for doordash I will no longer be wasting time ordering food for myself here or accepting to deliver doordash orders from this location.
I drive for DoorDash Delivering food and this Taco Bell is defiantly the worst restaurant to deliver for!!! They closed their lobby even though you can clearly see employees sitting around inside. Waited nearly 30 min in the drive thru for both my orders! When I got to the window the employee was very rude and said only one of the orders was ready, even though it had been nearly 40 minutes ago when the order was placed! After telling him I’d like to wait because I can’t go back around again he threatened to have me removed from the property!! Terrible customer service, and a horrible system for delivery pick ups! I suggest if you’re going to close your lobby at least leave it open for deliveries, which would be more beneficial for all your customers! I Highly recommended not to come to this establishment, I will not be doing so moving forward!
Only problem is the employees act like giving out more mild sauce is coming out of their pay checks. For me I need the sauce to make their food edible and serving their tacos with attitude makes it so I won't be going back.
I was trapped in the drivethru @3rd st in Bend for 40 minutes bc they were not open until 2 pm but didn't bother to put a sign out. By the time I could escape I was so hangry that I would not have eaten a Taco Bell meal if Jesus Christ had prepared it personally. Thanks Wendy's for a great burger ? ?
Sat at the drive thru speaker for five minutes without being acknowledged. Tried to call out to see if someone was there and no response. Finally drove off to see the employees through the window and they were just sitting down. Horrible service
Worst taco bell I have ever been to. Unfathomably slow, inaccurate and incompetent. Go to a gas station, go to a different restaurant or just go hungry, but don't go here.
Wait times in the drive-through are through the roof. Worst in all of Bend. Always the same excuse we are short staffed. Well take a page from KFC management and pull some people from California or wherever you have to to get this place up and running smooth again. It’s a disgrace right now. Worst in town.Also not letting delivery drivers pick up the orders inside the lobby and making them wait in that 25 min drive they line just adds this Taco Bell to the never deliver list.
