I consistently have a horrible experience at this particular restaurant. From cold sandwiches that i ask to be warmed, to just absolutely bare bones sandwiches. The picture i attached is a steak and cheese with lettuce, pickle and banana peppers. Would also have green peppers but they are out....of green peppers ffs, one of the staple ingredients at subway. There might be a whole 4 strips of lettuce on the first 6 inch side, and maybe 8 on the other side. Just beyond terrible. I wouldnt pay 5 dollars for this had i known I used to love subway, but the prices are high and the quality is absolute garbage. Sad.Edit: just started to eat this pictured sandwich, and the bread is insanely chewy. Never had bread this chewy from subway before. Supposed to be italian...definitely not fresh or it's something else i didnt want. What a joke.
Wow. This must be the most skimpiest Subway I have ever gone to. Got a footlong and got 5 pieces of spinach, 5 olives, 4 Jalapeños and a quarter of my sandwich was missing lettuce and a cucumber. I paid 12 dollars for a skimpy sandwich. Looks like I wasn't the only one who commented on this. Read the other comments. I also want to say I have never seen an employee, she was Hispanic by the way was so scared and panicked that she had to ask another employee what to put on my sandwich because she was scared of maybe what the franchise owner had trained her or what she was able to put on the sandwich?? So disappointing. I hope other employees are not treated this way. I won't be coming here again and I live nearby less than 2 miles.
Today was my last visit to this location. They allowed two separate parties inside none of them wearing masks breathing all over everyone's food at the counter. Subway, eat Fresh Covid
Sandwich Tec’s were somewhat friendly, the food was reasonably fresh, but the store was not very clean. My biggest complaint is when the Sandwich Tec’s do not wash their hands before they re-glove, especially with covid still going on. It’s one thing to not change cloves if all they are handling are sandwiches, but when they are multitasking, i.e., touching multiple surfaces while making sandwiches, that is cross contamination.I know every minute counts when they have a line of people at the counter and drive-up window, but that is not always the case, and there is no excuse for not taking the 20 seconds to wash their hands before they re-glove.Most people will not say anything to the Sandwich Tec’s. Many people may not care. nevertheless, I would rather wait while the sandwich tec takes the 20 seconds to wash their hands and re-clove, than not, and risk contaminating my food.I doubt my review will change anything as some employees simply do not care to follow the rules. I personally know a couple store managers that are very strict regarding the hand washing policy, and their employees follow that rule religiously, even when the manager is not present.
Biggest complaints are mainly just the service not the food.... 9/10 times Drive-through is always closed yet there is no signs that even say that so I just waste my time by even attempting going over there. 2.... Service is typically pretty slow if you go inside And have one person in front of you you can plan to be there at least 15 minutes. IF drive thru IS open you will sit there anywhere between 10min to 30 min or more. I had 2 cars in front of me one day and was in drive thru my entire lunch....30 min plus. Would have left but someone was behind me and in front.
Hit n miss place. Sometimes the employees are nice, Sometimes they are horrible. Sometimes the sandwiches are good, othertimes they are horrible.
Every time o go here the manager is always amazing ? I give them 12 stars for sure I will always go to this subway he’s the best his sandwich’s and wraps are amazing every time
45 mins for 2 sandwiches and the lady asked for a tip ? they will hire any heroine adict off the street
Auto recording came up at drive in window. I waited. Drive through was closed without a sign up.
Ordered a steak and cheese sandwich for delivery...One would think it would be warm right? The description says this Our Steak & Cheese sandwich is where warm, delicious steak gets topped with melty cheesiness."Well at this store, they had another idea and prepared it to be eaten ICE COLD. The meat was stale and cold. The cheese was the opposite of melty as it the sandwich was neglected to be heated at all because who doesn't love a very cold cheesesteak?Whoever owns the franchise should really consider implementing a new thing called quality standards. Thanks for a 11 dollar sandwich that I couldn't eat.
