Im giving one star because I really hate that they are making them open with only one employee. I went in today for lunch and this poor man was opening all by himself and let me know another employee had quit this morning. He seemed overwhelmed, understandably. Is there even a manager or someone to back up this employee up or at least help out. A line formed and multiple people walked out in the time it took me to finish my meal. This store should be closed until there is enough staff to run it properly. This poor man must not open much. The front door was locked and there was no music, the sandwich table wasn’t set up. He had to bake bread and start the oven all in the time I was there. He’s at no fault, if anyone is at fault it’s the company for failing to set up their employees for success. What a shame.
Had to wait 20 minutes for the one employee to get off her smoke break and finish all the backlogged orders. It would have been faster if I had gone to an actually good restaurant...
Food was great! But we had to wait a little bit for online orders to be made first. But I understand there was only one man making sandwiches the other guy was mia!
Rebekah was unprofessional, rude, and did not wash her hands after handling money then made sandwiches for guest.
They will require you to wear a mask but it won't protect you from the food poison. Whatever you do don't come here.
If I could give negative stars this would be my first time ever doing so. I don't leave reviews very often but this time I had to. You've got a bit of a $#@& working at this one. Young tall lanky blonde kid. It was obvious from the moment I walked in that he didn't want to be there. He half rolled his eyes when the lady working with him motioned to him it was his turn to make a sandwich. He skimped incredibly on the little scooper for the rotisserie chicken - I watched as he didn't fill it up all the way. Even after roasting the sandwich was cold. When I went to substitute the chips for the cookie with the meal he shook his head and said no. I thought he was joking. But he just stared at me. I asked again and told him for the 40 years I've been going to Subway it's always been like that. He didn't answer he just shook his head and stared at continied to stare at me. As soon as I left on the store I went on the app to see if they would substitute the cookies for the chips and went thru the order process to do so. Of course they do. On top of that, was charged $1 more than the menu says the sandwich wad. Train this kid or get rid of him. He's got no business working with customers.
Had a wonderful experience with this location especially the 2 employees, donnie made some great sandwiches and we chatted for a second because there wasnt anyone in the store. Great experience, love the new change up

Great service. Friendly employees. The card reader was having issues and went down before we could pay, but unlike some of the other customers, we understand things happen and had cash on hand.
I had a online order, but when i got it home there where added items that I did not want on my sandwich like lettace and items were missing like the guacamole and chese. So I looked at the reciet and it shows that I didn't want the lettace but wanted chese and guacamole. When someone pays almost 1- 2 dollars extra for something you think they would put it on. I am not going to this subway again.
