This one is the one I go to the most often. It’s across from Safeway and the old folks home. Usually they do a pretty good job, but ever since the pandemic they mess up drinks about 60% of the time. I don’t mean they make drinks wrong like you asked for cream and they didn’t give you cream, I mean they are making the drinks straight up wrong. The americano tastes like water, the iced coffee is mostly cream and sweetener. They don’t have ratios down at all. Which is a training issue, and I’m sure the turnover rate is high. These chain stores don’t want to hire a full time person for training, and don’t want to pay employees a better wage, so they are constantly cycling through new people who don’t know how to make drinks as aren’t given enough training.So basically you’re playing a game of chance every time you go here.

I love going to the Starbucks before heading into work as a night shift nurse. However the last handful of times I’ve come around 615 the drive-through says it’s closed, even though I can see people inside? Wondering what that’s about, anyway, would love to continue coming through the drive through again.
We ordered 2 drinks online at 6pm and were told to pick up at 6:13pm. When we got there, their door was locked. There were several employees in there but no one answer the door. We called them but no one picked up the phone. They want to close early is fine but at least honor the accepted ordered instead of ignore customers who standing in the cold for a hot beverage. Bad customer service. And we need a refund tomorrow.
Poor customer service sometimes they don't want to do decals and instead want to add cream instead of decaf coffee..also they closed the inside of their building now .while local coffee shops and restaurants are still open..
Great staff at this store... Always busy, still reasonably accurate most of the time.
Friendly and accurate! Avoid the parking lot if it's busy though!
