With all the amazing coffee options in this town, why did I stop get coffee here? Espresso is terrible tasting, and the cup of coffee tasted burnt. I am lazy and it was right there. I guess that's what Starbucks is cashing in on. Staff was friendly.

Drive thru and lobby closed with NO notation as to why, sais theyre open on internet. Phone always has a busy signal as well. Hard to want to plan to go somewhere when you don't know if they'll be open or not and waste time trying....maybe update your hours online of they have changed??? Maaaaay be a solid idea.

I Went to Starbucks this morning store #02815 at 320 SW century Dr. In bend.The lobby was closed, I don’t know if this is due to Covid or a lack of employees. I decided to brave the drive-through despite the long line, I am so glad I did. The line went really fast, the employee on the intercom was professional, friendly & efficient! When I got to the front window she greeted me, & although she was wearing a face mask she smiled big through her eyes. I found out her name was Ally, this young women impressed me with her outstanding customer service skills & the ability to pay attention to detail. You sure don’t find employees like this nowadays!

The baristas at this Starbucks are the nicest I have ever met. I’ve been to Starbucks all across the country, but this was the best experience. Briana was lovely.
Super friendly staff but not sure what’s going on with the entire iced beverage being filled with about 90%ice and only 10% coffee not my idea of $6.00 worth. Chain is using this as a profit tactic serve mostly ice with little coffee more profits in the pocket, screw the customers!!
