The service was excellent. Our waitress Delores was killer. I loved her vibe and she was on top of everything. She would get 5 stars! She’s the reason I’m giving 3 stars. Otherwise it would be less. Sadly, even though it was slow, the food took forever and still came out cold. I don’t know if something was going on behind the scenes that we were unaware of, but we waited almost 40 minutes for our food only to receive it cold. Kudos to Delores though. We loved her.
This place sucked, dirty tables, the hostess was supposed to get a table cleaned she disappeared the manager came out and asked me if we had been helped I said yes because they were supposed to be cleaning a table, then they gave our table to someone else who just walked in.Now you have to understand it's 8:15 PM and they couldn't get it right.I personally would fire the hostess and the manager." The customer is always right "Never disrespect your elders.
We are RR supporters; but this is a very honest review. On vacation with family, we ate here twice in one week, first with two of us, then later with eight. Both times the waitresses (Maggie, Amy) were professional, hard working, & most willing to help us. The cooks did the food up right, it was yummy! The grandkids loved coming here. Manager: you have a very fine crew! Thanks for the positive experience.
Absolute worst experience I have ever had a chain restaurant! They open at 11:30 for lunch. We were the second group to be seated. It was myself and my two young daughters, 4 and 2. They did not have crayons for the kids. Our server did not even come to our table for the first 15 minutes. The bathrooms were out of soap, paper towels and the floor was sticky. Our food came over cooked and about 30 minutes after other tables with more people that had been seated after us.The worst part was that it was my daughters birthday lunch and I was hoping that it would be a fun one. Needless to say, Bend has so many better options of restaurants. I highly DO NOT recommend this place here!
The wait was 30 minutes in the beginning, or so I thought. We waited almost an hour to get seated. We finally got sat down and ordered, which was a relief since we waited so long. The service wasn’t bad, but they do need to work on there time management and keeping the business running smoothly. The food was great! In the end I will not return to this location but I will eat at the business because one businesses incompetence isn’t another businesses problem.
We really enjoyed our time at Red Robin's, The food was Great! We're looking forward to our next visit!! We wish they'd put a Red Robin's in Redmond Oregon that would be awesome ?
Second time in last week to eat dinner walked in 2 groups of people waiting to be seated. Empty tables everywhere, asked how long the wait was 45-To a hr. Sorry red Robin I'll spend my money else where.
Friendly staff, seating slightly uncomfortable (chairs too high for taller people, asked for booth but got seated at a half booth, half table) Food was good, drinks good, waiting staff was stretched with too many tables to serve. I love Red Robin despite a few disappointments so will return.
The drinks were mixed poorly, the burger was burnt, the fish for the fish and chips had spoiled, the service was awful, the waiter was super rude and disrespectful. We ended up not even finished our food, just getting the check and leaving because it was probably one of the worst experiences either of us had ever had at a restaurant. We are never returning.
My first time back in many years. The burger was okay, but small. Aside from the toppings, not much better than a Dairy Queen. The fries were apparently previously frozen and we did not eat those, not even the grease, ketchup & salt could help. $18 dollars wasted. Only the outdoor seating was good. I will never go there again.
