Our thin crust pizza was way overcooked pretty much ruined

As a kid, going to Pizza Hut was always fun, especially when you had a pocket full of quarters.This location is takeout & delivery only, so no Pac-Man, just good pizza.
Make sure the order isnt messed up like the pizza is crushed...second time these has happened and how bout calling the customer if the pizza is going to be a longer wait then what there were told
They usually get my order right. It's decent pizza for pretty cheap if you use their deals online.They offer curbside pickup which is cool.I eat here pretty often.
Pizza was stone cold did not taste very good. Cinnabon s were under cooked.. Very disappointed.

My order was perfect, the driver was nice and right on time. I was surprised how quickly it all came together and it made our day.
From the time I ordered to the time I received my food was 2 hours and 20 minutes my food was barely nook warm and chewy like it was under cooked. I spent 41$ for a long wait and coldish food.
