We called in to order pizza and a meatball sandwich at 6:30pm and they said it wouldn’t be ready until 7:45pm, which we were perfectly fine with! My dad went to go pick up the pizza at 7:45, and they told him they hadn’t started it yet. A little frustrating since we had already waited an hour and 15 just to pick up the order but my dad waited another 30 minutes for the pizza to finish then paid and left. He realized on the way back to our place that they didn’t give him his meatball sandwich, which he paid for. He called back and they had forgotten and were now out of meatballs. On top of that, they couldn’t give a refund until the next day. We understand things happen but pretty disappointed with our experience, since there were many great reviews.
I love the Warehouse feel of this place -- Having not been here before it was a new experience -- The Insalata Caprese was refreshing. The wood fired was amazing and The Beet salad was on point! Overall an incredible gastronomic experience, I definitely would return to try more dishes. Service was a little slow but friendly, I definitely recommend this as a place to eat for any travelers looking for a great Wood-Fired Pizza experience. It’s like traveling back in time to have a great meal.
Great pizza! What a pleasure to finally have a pizza that tastes good. They have fillet mignon pizza. How about meatball and bbq chicken pizza? Well, they do!It was a nice sunny day and we eat outside. Nice view. It's worth having a 12 inch individual pizza here. One pizza is good for two people. Or take the other half and thrown it in a the oven and enjoy again. The town is lovely. So, take a drive and spend some quality time seeing the three sister mountains and the beautiful countryside around you. Then, stop at Pisano's and order up your draft beer or cider and your favorite pizza and seat back and enjoy it with friends and family!
Love this place! The employee that took our order was super friendly and gave me tips on places to visit in the area. We ordered an Extreme Barbecue Hawaiian pizza. Normally we are not fans of Hawaiian pizza but this has the perfect combination of flavors. We're still talking about how good it was the day after. Will definitely be back and we'd also like to try your lasagna. I bet it's amazing!
The pizzas and wait staff were fabulous. The management (manager) however was upset that we were not leaving fast enough. Removing plates while huffing and puffing. We thanked him and got no response. We were a large group celebrating a birthday. Spent over $200.00 and that's how we were treated.Again food and wait staff were great. Manager needs a new job.
Just went there last Saturday (2/5 for my 70th birthday) Different owner than before Pandemic. Pizza's still excellent. Now if they'd get some Tiramisu in there, perfect!
This pizza is one of THE best I've ever had. The taste of wood oven pizza is incredible! I live in Redmond & if they were here, I'd eat there 3 days per week. I can't wait to go again. Their pizza has so much incredible flavor. The service is excellent & they offer several pizzas & you can build your own as well. We ate the pepperoni, homemade sausage with mushrooms. The sauce was scratch made & was savory. This place is a 10/10! Nothing compares to this pizza!
Best pizza I’ve had in 2 1/2 years since I moved the band! Highly recommend! Quiet, clean great service.I had the caprice he salad...which was just as good as the authentic salads in Rome Italy! Best Pizza everyone...thankfully!
This pizza is delicious! We had pizza and salad (scrumptious!) and beer and we were delighted with everything on our table. Service, ambiance and music was great. Prices are reasonable and the flavor of the food is authentic. I am very particular about where I go for pizza and I can say I will be returning to this place again. Glad to see new ownership.
Mouth watering pizzas. Fresh and delicious salads. A wide selection of beverages including beers on tap and wines plus cocktails. Super easy to order online, and food was ready for pickup at exactly the right time. Only thing - it’s in Tumalo, about 15 minutes outside of Bend. Go there. Your palate will thank you
