My chow mein had maybe 10 noodles in it. It was basically eating mouthfuls of cabbage shreds. Chow mein is a staple at Panda. Get better. My husband and I ordered the same 2 entree plates and his container had less than the amount of what's put in a bowl. Poor consistency, poor quality of food, long wait time sitting at the speaker for quite a while before anyone spoke. Young staff, very unprofessional and incompetent. Maybe need more training and a babysitter to ensure your business is being ran appropriately. For customers who regularly support the Bend location this is HIGHLY Disappointing. -5 stars
So I am super sorry people don't want to work and you are short handed, but I just wanted to come in and show my friend with some memory issues what he could get. Order inside than wait out side. Said no must go through drive through. If it was because of Covid only one guy had mask on. If not wouldn't of hurt just quick walk through.Thank you for your awesome service
They are still aging the covid game ,lock the doors drive thru only.The rest of world is getting on with their life.Well no problem because door is Olive garden and open full blown great service and excellent food.
This place has horrible food. Why they remain in business, is a mystery to me. There are other places that are better. It's obvious, they use really crappy ingredients to keep their costs down. Better off going to Safeway and getting chinese food from their deli.
I ordered DoorDash from here and they gave me the detest noodles I’ve ever tasted. I have eaten there many times and the chow mein noodles come with a special sauce. I honestly feel discouraged from ordering from this establishment again.
My friedrice is not cooked. The grains are halfcooked and fried.
Great customer service the young man Zachariah helped me and was very nice offered me a sample when I wasn’t sure what to get. brought my order over five star customer service. The food was OK for the price very good value. Overall five star nice
The woman and man there were incredibly rude. Got our order wrong and called. They said they would replace the bowls. We got there and they gave us a lot of argument and attitude. We asked for white rice and she said they didn’t have it. Then when it was finally over with, we had white rice in our bowls. Bald guy and short lady were rude.
Showed up 7:00pm, 35 minutes before listed closing. Doors locked, dining room lights off, employees scurrying about cleaning restaurant. I was so disappointed. Then I realized there was a dimly lit sign indicating that the drive through was open. I figured it was an accident, but proceeded to the window on foot,my Peterbilt with 53’ trailer would not fit. I was greeted by a very friendly and understanding young lady. Her service in getting my food and turning around my disappointment was 10/10 . She also understood that I was a trucker, and realized I was stuck in town( being most Hwy’s were shut down). She engaged me in conversation about poor road conditions and her understanding of them from where she was from. Pleasant conversation and delicious food!Sever name on receipt was Alyssa H. She is a master of customer service and deserves recognition.
