The quality is so so compare to the neighborhood Thai food I can get from California: with the mango sticky rice the mango is sour and not good quality. The lamb curry is using lamb chop not the typical lamb stew you can find in Thailand or elsewhere. I think they are taking a shot cut. The tom kat soup is also quite normal. I will give it a passing grade at best.

The front desk staff was friendly. We arrived about 15 minutes prior to our 8:15 reservation and were seated after a short wait, near our scheduled seating. The server was knowledgeable about the menu and made helpful recommendations. We ordered red curry with pork, and pad see ew with chicken. For drinks we had a spicy passion fruit margarita and a Thai iced tea.The red curry was delicious and balanced. I found the pork a little bit rubbery, as though maybe overcooked - there was no char or crisp to it. The pad see ew was very good. It was not too salty nor too sweet, like this dish can sometimes be. The chicken was cooked to a nice flavor and texture. The margarita had definite kick, which I really liked, but it might be too much for some. The thai iced tea was ridiculously sweet, I thought. The tea flavors got lost in the cream and whipped topping. The drink felt a little bit gimmicky to me, between the presentation and dessert-like quality.I felt a little rushed when we got close to 9pm and the music was turned off and the staff were clearly occupied with shutting things down. Open hours were until 9pm so it is understandable that they would be wrapping up, but if they are going so far as to make the atmosphere less inviting at 5-til, they should not take reservations 45 minutes before close. I found the dishes a little overpriced for what they were, like we paid a bit more for the setting and presentation than the meal itself. Still, a generally positive experience, and would recommend trying it out.

Seated all 9 of us with reservation, great food, and awesome service! I recommend:Pad Thai. It's on the sweeter side.Red curry. At heat level 4 from scale 1-5 it was less than a jalapeño. So if you want hot food, get it 5 with some sidesSticky garlic chicken. Very sweet, super crunchy, and no garlic flavor. But very good with a salad

I wanted to like this place. I wanted five star food for three or four star pricing (don't we all?). Instead I got two or three star food for four star pricing.I had the salad bites (large make-your-own platter) and crispy garlic chicken. The sub dishes on the salad were fine, but we could only get about a half of the way through them before we ran out of the provided greens to make a wrap. The ratio was just way off, for no reason. Couldn't request more because no one ever checked in until long after entrees had been dropped off (also, why not just make them match up? Those greens couldn't cost more than 50¢).The crispy garlic chicken was over-fried, and the chicken was a bit dry/leathery inside. I asked for a four (out of five) spiciness, and it wasn't really spicy at all.I was really let down by the food, especially at the price. Service was fine except for the bit with the salad (long spell with no one around).Hope they improve; Bend could use another good Thai restaurant. This ain't it at the moment.

It's our first time visiting Bend and wanted some good foods at local restaurants. This restaurant is located in the downtown area with public parking on the street. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. The foods are tasty and the services are very good. It's packed on Friday night . For dinner we had clay pot crab with grass noodle, angry ocean, Thai shrimp cakes, etc. Recommended!

Great atmosphere and vibe in downtown Bend. Love the decor. Menu is excellent and enjoyed everything ordered, especially the plum sauce with the spring rolls.

This review is actually for the food truck located at the tumalo food cart pod. I am shocked at how absolutely bland and tasteless this food was. The rice was wet and the wrong style, the basil chicken was pathetic and tasted like limp road kill, the basil was soggy and old, the fried wontons were over fried (how do you even do that?!?). I asked for extra spice and what I got was an attitude and a small container with sauce that apparently I was supposed to add in….there was zero taste to this that I needed three containers just to bring it back to life. This is NOT Thai food, it’s bland cafeteria slop. I would recommend that you don’t waste your money on overpriced cafeteria level quality. And the guys attitude at the truck was so dismissive and insulting that he insured that I will NEVER give them my money again. What a rip off…!

The atmosphere is perfect and well done. The food was great, wish the vegetables were cooked just a little more though. However, it was worth the price. The downfall of our experience was the service. We were seated and waited far too long for a server to come by. We ordered drinks and waited way too long for them. I saw the waitress realize she forgot and run to get them. She took our order and the food came at a decent time from another wait staff person. Then we didn't see our waitress or anyone else until we were well done with our meal. No check on the food or order quality and our waters and drinks were empty and never asked about. I had to get up from my table and ask for water refills. There was money left on the table from our group that was never capitalized upon. I would have gladly paid. Overall the experience could have been amazing but ended up adequate.

Amazing food, great service and love the atmosphere.. Thanks Noi Thai … it was fabulous !!

It took over 45 minutes for them to take our order and over twice that till we got our food, and I'd only recommend people eat lunch here because it's almost the same as their dinner menu only $10 cheaper. If I ever eat here again, which is highly unlikely, it will be a take out lunch. Two hour wait, two people, and over $70... not worth it.
