Decent pizza customer service wasn't that great. Sorry that I had a infant in my arms and two young boys with me. There was no reason to be rude.
Terrible service, Terrible pizza and a waste of money. The two best things about this visit is they confirmed why I had never had Mods before and the Automated lady on the phone had more personality than any of the staff..... zero stars and I'm glad it only took 1 trip to confirm what I had already thought about this place. If they have a manager or anyone with a pulse that reads these reviews they should try spending a minute with the employees and see what a truly terrible job they are doing.... all I know is I'm glad I got extra toppings... maybe the standard pizzas don't come with any toppings
Employees are so kind! I love this location.First instance is I accidentally chose pickup not curbside, but I had my 2 toddlers and they brought it to my car for us. 2nd time was I was running late and I called to let them know I was still on my way and they remade it and then gave me both. This staff here is amazing. Will be our favorite for many visits to come
Frozen grocery store pizza is better than this flimsy, soggy trash.$10 each for pizza the size of my hand that's hard and soggy at the same time, came cold, and tasted awful.They're obviously cheap, because there is basically nothing on the pizzas, entire slices with no cheese or anything. Like I ordered a few kinds of veggies on mine and got ONE tiny sliver of pepper on one slice... are you kidding? And instead of spreading the sauce, they put blobs in random places so you get surprise explosions of sauce in your mouth that made me want to puke. Everything is thin crust so they can spend less on dough. It's the most pathetic excuse for pizza I've ever seen.I will warn anyone I can not to waste their money here.
Can’t beat this place for value, it’s so satisfying to be able to load it up with out upcharges! Zach is a real plus, friendly, professional, fast. In a worldOf labor shortage, pay the man! Ps, my wife is obsessed with the cauliflower option
The cooks were extremely energetic and enthusiastic. The food was also amazing and the restaurant was clean. I've never been to a MOD Pizza before but this was definitely a good impression.
Pizza was great, you get to pick what goes on your pizza.
This Mod is great. I made an online order, thinking I had clicked the closest location to my work, accidentally clicked the location that’s across town. I called these guys, telling them about my mess up, I wouldn’t be coming to pick up that pizza, and they canceled the order and issued me a refund, which I did not expect. The location I actually went to, were awesome and made me a pizza and had me on my way quickly.
I love mods, it has delicious pizza and a fun, family friendly atmosphere. The only thing I would change is how loud the music is. It is very overwhelming and as someone who struggles with being overstimulated easy, it is hard to sit there and actively engage. I would say people who struggle with overstimulation or who have autism may struggle to be in this setting.
I love this place, like Subway but for pizza. Great variety of ingredients. I never knew pizza could be so good. Made just the way I like it. The little chocolate cakes they make are the cherry on top. All that with their unique lemonades and tea makes it a perfect meal. Not to mention the price will keep you coming back all the time, very affordable.
