Update your operating hours because every time I try to come pick up a pizza at 9:30 after I get off work at 9 it’s closed. If you close at 9 or 9:30 post it please.
I stopped in to try a Cauliflower crust pizza. Whoa... what an experience! It is the Best cauliflower crust I've had. Not only is it super-tasty, but I asked for extra toppings and they piled it up, perfectly! The Chef was very friendly and came out and explained the process. I would recommend going in and enjoying the experience.
Oh MOD. You are my favorite pizza place to go to (yes, you beat out Costco!). But I am so sad about the pizza you just made me. Not only did your prices go up, but I barely have anything on my pizza! A few pieces of cheese, garlic gloves and spicy sausage, but no bacon that I requested. Quality has been going down lately and it breaks my heart cuz I really love you guys!! Not sure if this is worth the money anymore...I may have to start going back to Costco for their pizza. ?
This Mod is so wonderful. I made an online order, thinking I had clicked the closest location to my work, accidentally clicked the location that’s across town. They were so kind to me, had me re-oder my pizza with them in person, got my pizza done and cooked in under ten minutes and comped my meal. Even though it was all MY fault. I was completely ready to pay for another meal because of my goof up but they said it was alright and not to worry. These people are so kind and they really didn’t have to be! Thank you Mod!
MOD is a unique franchise found all over the country. Aren't we lucky! I've been to their restaurants in Asheville, Bend, Eugene and Medford. All good, all the same, but you'll be delighted because you don't want them to change a thing. Unlike other fast food places, MOD excels by letting us choose generous amounts (20+) of quality toppings (via Subway method) loaded onto thin crusts and fired in brick ovens. Gourmet pizza is ready in less than ten minutes. A large pizza costs $9 and easily serves two people. Go MOD!
Didn't give me any cheese on my pizza that I ordered online. I noticed and went back in, but the employee claimed the cheese was underneath the ingredients. The cheese was NOT on the pizza AT ALL, and he lied to my face. I don't mind mistakes in fast food. I don't like that I wasn't permitted to have it corrected though. Awful customer service so I won't be returning.
I come here more than I’d like to admit! Lol for consistency, fresh ingredients, great staff, and fast and convenient pizza… this is THE spot!! And the fact that it’s the same price for whatever toppings you want makes it something you can’t pass up!!!
Passing through town and stopped here for food, the employees are really friendly. Amazing customer service while being busy. Love the attitudes of the people working here and just the vibe of the place in general.

Friendly staff and good concept. The problem was that my mini pizza was pretty bland and my salad looked great but was mainly chopped lettuce. Pot belly does a much better job!
