Double check your order after you get it; I have had several orders have items missing, only to find out after I've returned home. I get that workers can be difficult to find... still, how difficult is it to count the number of items in the order against how many items are being handed to the customer? And good luck trying to use the customer survey on the receipt; the receipts are never legible. Buyer beware.
They're always closed before the posted time. Either change your posted times or stay open until posted times. However when they are open they're just fine and pleasant.
I really appreciate the manager that manages the locations in Bend/Sisters however I don’t appreciate the locations closing 15 minutes before closing when we’re very limited on food choices here in Bend after hours. Please adjust your hours to reflect the honest time you close and serve food.
It was the only thing I had a chance to eat in a whole day.. I wish I wouldn't have.. I got very ill.. stomach issues.. like food poisoning.. I'll pass it by next time.
Everyone it is super hard for me to complain during this difficult time. I know places are very short on staff and have new people starting like never before! I ate at this McDonalds a couple of days ago and got a very big surprise! When I bit into my quarter pounder with cheese it was raw! I know that it's difficult for everyone to know my history but trust me, there was not even a question. It was raw! Weird right. I am writing this because I know that a lot of children eat at this location. This can make someone very, very sick. I have had food poisoning and the last thing parents want to do right now is take their little one to the emergency room or walk-in hospital.
Not bad, the only place I can go to get a good McGriddle and then you already know Id love those buns with a chicken patty but either way it's still a great food for a quick buck.
I placed an order through DoorDash at 10am for breakfast. At 11 I get a notification that they canceled my order because they’re no longer making breakfast. The order was confirmed at 10:16, still within the window. Maybe don’t confirm if you’re going to cancel an hour later. I have COVID and can’t come to your store. The least you could do is make sure your apps are working.
Got kicked out while trying to enjoy my breakfast. No indoor dining apparently. Not cool.i won't be back.
Worse McDonald’s. They got my order all wrong and didn’t refund me for the food I didn’t get at all or says never coming back here. Wish I can rate this place 0 out of 5
Great customer service. Drive thru was fast and order was all in the bags. Love their curly fries.
