I keep trying to give McDonald's a chance recently this location regularly gives old food. At least it looks and tastes like it's been sitting all day. I ordered two McChickens and two Mcdoubles, the buns were dried and crusty I live about 5 minutes from this location if that and my food was barely even warm. The cheese was dark around the edges like it gets if it's been sitting out. I tried eating it and it tastes terrible so funny wasted once again from this exact location
Absolutely horrid. Order is wrong 90% of the time, most of the time items are completely missing which translates to this location stealing from it's patrons regularly. Avoid if possible.
The manager in there today was very nice and on top of it, quick and efficient. Good customer service.
The drive thru might look busy but the crew is awesome in getting orders out.
Mc Ds in bend always does a better job than anywhere else i been, matter of fact I'm hungry, time to hit Mc Ds

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Extremely understaffed which was going on well before Covid. They’ve been slow as can be for the whole 4 years I’ve lived in this town. Half the time they ignore you for 5 minutes before they even bother looking at you while waiting in the lobby to order. This McDonald’s is ran mostly by 15-16 year olds these days, I rarely ever see an adult inside anymore. Now they won’t even open their lobby, still drive-thru only as if the pandemic just started. This place is a clown show.
I live in the apartments that share a parking lot with this place and usually get breakfast here before work. Lunch 2-3 days a week as well. 12/10 would recommend if you wanna eat McDonald's. Never had any issues. Just this morning, I ordered in the app. They didn't have the order in their system. I went in and showed them my order on my phone and they still couldn't find it. As I was ready to leave without breakfast for the day, the gals told me that they'd comp it for me. They didn't have to do that as the app was clearly at fault. Made my day. Those morning shift folks deserve a raise.
Amazing service! Super fast and full menu available! Hands down the best McDonald's we have in town!
Westside McDonalds is the best.......they seem to have the freshest fries and burgers. The employees here are really nice.
