I’m a bit of a sushi wimp, so I only eat California rolls, but dang these were good! Super fresh, made quickly, and the family working there (I assume owners) were wonderful. I’ve already been back twice in the last month
The vegan sushi roll is divine. One of the best sushi rolls I've ever had. The tempura sweet potato elevates the roll to legendary status. Can't wait to go back.
Sushi is wonderful. Lots of flavor and the presentation is perfect. Lots of options on the menu and it tasted incredibly fresh. Don't sleep on this place. I had the crazy tuna roll and spicy tuna.
Really impressed! The crazy tuna roll and scallion pancake were the highlights for me. Will definitely be back for more rolls!
First time here but so good I went back for more. Very creative menu with lots of other options I look forward to trying. Excellent! It's now my favorite sushi in Bend!
Ok I have to admit I was skeptical if food truck sushi, but SO GLAD we tried it! FINALLY PHENOMENAL sushi in bend. I had a rainbow roll and New York roll, both the best I’ve ever had. This chef is talented!
I wasn't able to try thier food because they were out of fish for poke, and sushi.5 stars because the trailer is clean and love the artwork.I understand running out of fish from a busy day or week, but why not stock a little extra fish to overlap with the next delivery? Northfresh has run out of fish 2 weekend in a row on us. So we just go to sebastians fish market and get poke.Can't wait to try though another day!

Overall pretty good! Got the volcano roll, crazy tuna, and California. The Sushi looks amazing but in my opinion the flavor is pretty standard and for the price it’s a decent option.
