Been here a few times before and it’s been great in the past! This time not so much. Crust was really soggy and wet, and the there was no bbq flavor at all on the bbq chicken! Like they used a weird variation of marinara sauce. Very funky tasting. Also really expensive now, over $40 for a large pizza, so I think I’ll try somewhere else next time. Shame!
Giving this restaurant a one star for much more than one reason. I’m a huge pizza fan who has tried every place in the area and this place is definitely the most expensive and beyond inconsiderate, being open for only 4 hours a day and only able to staff one person when clearly more employees are needed, the owner walks around and does nothing while the one employee taking every customer is very rude unless you fit in her “regulars club” This business clearly only runs to serve their 5 regulars every day and treats every other customer like dirt . I am a delivery driver in the area and was treated like a problem every time I’ve come here, even most recently told that I’m not allowed to use curbside pickup for no reason? even though this business is set up with a curbside pickup for everyone that comes here? and their one employee is supposed to walk out every order…. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes and watched her help everyone else but she made me wait in the back parking lot and then rudely yelled at me to come inside and get everything myself. Apparently the staff has no respect or customer service and the owner doesn’t care here, always very long wait times, and overpriced for a pizza joint. I would never be a customer here and would not recommend.
The sauce is boss. The salad dressing is on point light a laser beam. My family truly enjoys the food here.
Our favorite pizza in Bend, plus they offer gluten free crust and vegan cheese options! Last time we visited there was a miscommunication and our order wasn't quite right, but they caught it before we did, rushed out our new pizza, and even offered us a beer to apologize! Now that is seriously great customer service!
Awesome pizza, crispy crust, definitely try the Florentine!
My son is getting married, we wanted a pizza place to gather. The server was totally rude. We went somewhere else.
We got the deep dish pizza and I was really not impressed. It was basically a pizza soup. Thin cracker crust and a ton of sauce. Honestly wouldn’t buy another Chicago style pizza again after this one.
I gave this place a 5 star a few years ago but am re-writing to give it a 1-star due to horrible service. I like the pizza, but the last time I was in there, I had specifically ordered a pepperoni and mushroom. They made me a Hawaiian pizza-when I noted that I had not ordered a Hawaiian pizza and that the guy who took my order had made a mistake, he basically called me a liar. FWIW, I hate Hawaiian pizza; it is the only kind of pizza I won't eat as something about pineapple and cheese doesn't agree with me. He basically said "this happens all of the time with customers-you ordered it and you have to pay for it". I still wanted the pizza I had ordered and was hungry, so I ended up having to buy the unwanted pizza as well (he "dropped" the price to $15, and I gave it away to a neighbor as I wasn't going to eat it). In retrospect, I should have just paid for my beer and left.I am sure he didn't want to be on the hook for not paying attention to my order. I had been going in there probably 2x a month for about 4 years at that point. It was my last visit; I haven't been and won't be back. The owner is a good guy; I just wish he would train his employees on the art of customer service. Running off loyal customers is typically not a strategy that I would recommend.
The wait staff was amazing. There were only two workers in the restaurant and it was so busy with pick up orders. They had hustle and our server was soooooooo friendly and helpful. The BBQ pizza was a little sweet for my taste, but the Hawaiian (don't remember the name) was perfect.
Good food but slow cooking times. Staff is friendly
