We’ve eaten here 5 times and while a few of them have been good experiences we’ve had two issues with the food being burnt beyond edible. They had to know it when they bagged up our order. We were also greeted with a “it’s going to be awhile”. No hello or be with you in a minute. Plenty of places to get a good burger in this town. I would suggest trying some place else.
2nd time I’ve ordered a burger and fries from the location in the Grove. First time burger was over cooked to the point of being tough and jerky like. Second time, raw and cold in the middle, fries had so much salt they were not edible. 2 stars is generous. Wish this place would get its act together or the Grove mgmt would find a replacement. Looking at the reviews on Yelp suggests I’m not the only one that’s disappointed with their quality.
Found the burger to be good but not great. Good size patty local beef wasn’t juicy but wasn’t dry. The Patti extended beyond the bun all the way around which was kind of a bummer. The bun and toppings were OK but I would’ve preferred toppings and/or a juicy burger that makes a nice mess. Think I’ll try it again but eat the burger in the house so it’s hot off the grill.Customer service was excellent. The young lady who helped me got thrown a curve ball and handled it without missing a beat. Not sure it was training or just her wherewithal but it was nice.Yeah and eight bucks for a burger is a great deal. Can’t expect too much I suppose.
Burgers were amazing. Juicy perfect seasoning hot fresh and fries were cooked perfectly. I was a little skeptical but man was I greatly impressed. I definitely recommend trying this place out. I will be back
Fries were blah? Asked for some fresh fries and she put some in a holder and put them in what looked like a microwave. I asked for fresh fries not to reheat them. The burgers are just ok. This is our 3rd attempt eating here, most likely will choose somewhere else. This recent experience was at the Northwest location.
I asked Google for a place that serves Grass Fed Burgers. What I got was grain fed redish brown meat. Perhaps the have a better more expensive burger. The service was good. The cook made my fries a bit more crispy. The have the best rockin music in town, makes waiting a pleasure.
I so badly want this place to be better because it is conveniently located, so I have given it a couple more chances than I should have, but I am always left disappointed. The orders are often wrong and the already thin burger patty is way over cooked..... after reading the other reviews, burnt burgers seems to be the theme. Ordered gluten free, came on regular bun, they did refund my meal after I called, but this was the final straw for me. 2 burnt burgers, 2 overcooked fries, 2 drinks =$36?
A great classic style burger, but like moat things these days they are getting kinda pricey for what you get. The service is always great and usually pretty fast too. Also not usually very busy so you don't have to wait in line. Definitely recommend if you are in a hurry and want something better than a fast food burger.
Not a fan. Fries were okay, generous portion. Burger was pretty "meh" - thin overcooked patty, and messy with too much sauce. Disliked their fry sauce, odd taste that was similar to a weird sandwich spread I've had before. The chocolate milk shake mostly tasted like frothy milk, with very little chocolate. Overall quite a bland tasting meal. The best parts about the restaurant were the location and ambiance, and the fact that the staff were doing their best despite being understaffed. They would probably benefit from having a couple more items on their menu like other sides or appetizers, but really the overall flavors should be overhauled. Lots of better burger joints in town. Unlikely to return unless lots of changes happen.
Ordered before 7pm at grove location. Told a 45 minute wait. At one hour was told 10 minutes. At 15 minutes was told order never got from register to cook.Only 2 high school employees running operation on a Friday night. Shame on you owner. Was told if they started my order at last check in it would go to back of orders. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Will not ever patronize again. Not employees fault so to speak so would love to give owner feedback. There were several other patrons voicing displeasure in dining area.
