The food is good but one too many poor experiences with our pick up orders. Most recently I ordered the comfort bowl and when I opened it up it was barely full. Not even halfway. My husband’s bowl, on the other hand, was full to the brim. Mine also looked like it had been spilled and was so sloppy looking. Extremely disappointed to pay a premium price for a 1/4 serving. I contacted the company but never received a response. Will stick to Active Culture from now on.
Always delicious food. It's really nice to have a great place with healthy options in town, especially quick food! The employees are never very friendly and I always kind of feel like I'm a bother walking in the door. I bet it's been a stressful time to work this last year. But I still come for the food. Maybe you'll have better luck with customer service than I've had, and other than that, the food is great ? pictured is the crunchero quesadilla...yum!

Dined in on our way through Bend. I ordered the Thai bowl, and my husband ordered the Korean BBQ bowl. Both were filling, flavorful, and fresh! We loved the food and were surprised some reviews mentioned the bland flavor. Maybe some items are better than others? Kombucha was also good, as were the cookies. Service was friendly and fast: bowls came in under 10 minutes. We'll be back next time we're in the area and need a quick, fresh meal!
I had the Korean BBQ bowl with beef and brown rice. It was flavorful and refreshing. I also tried the local kombucha and loved it. Tasted great and wasn't too sweet. 10/10 will be back.
I love your food, but am extremely frustrated and confused as to why you shut down online delivery orders at 6PM!! I'm trying to order from local businesses, and we can't go in-person right now, so why would you cut off loyal customers? I had an order in the cart and at 6:02, got kicked out. Not what I would call good customer service. This has easily happened to me a dozen times with your restaurant lately, so you've missed out on a number of orders, and I'm giving up on ordering from your location.
Yes, ONE star! You would think that in the world during Covid-19, restaurants would go out of their way to help make patrons dining inside, happy indeed. Gal taking orders was so unbelievably rude; shockingly so. No greeting, no acknowledgment. She didn’t tell me they were out of a major component of my salad…. I had to ask where it was. Didn’t offer any subs, no apologies, no percentage off, nothing. $9 for kale and dressing.
Jen was awesome. She offered to warm our cookie and was on it with salsa. She even brought extra for me with my burrito. She grabbed us To go boxes without being prompted and was cleaning the whole time. This was a great first experience back. Love this restaurant.
My wife and I thought it was something it definitely is not. I like real meat
You know when you go to a healthy food restaurant looking for great tasting healthy food? Well this wasn't it. This was the epitome of tasteless vegan food that turns people away from actually changing their lifestyle. The food was completely bland, I ordered a vindaloo bowl, and it had nothing to do with vindaloo. Vindaloo should be a hot spicy tomato sauce with plenty of Indian spices. I had pretty much plain tofu over lentils with some boiled kale and white rice. If it weren't for the salt and all the habanero sauce they had available, we probably wouldn't have eaten it. That paired with the fact that we had to wipe down and buss our own tables... Wasn't good. The one bright spot was definitely the kombucha which was actually really good.
